Anytime I called I was immediately able to talk with them or if I left a message they called back right away. We had a large island that was over grown, they cleared and dug out. Removed 5 tree stumps and huge maple tree. This was a large job that was handled professionally. They were always prompt, and kept us informed all the way. Would highly recommend.

Great service and very thorough. Cut down our tress ground the stumps and cleaned everything up in about six hours. we had six trees trimmed and four trees removed.

They outsource stump removal. My experience with that vendor was less than satisfactory. Saw-Rite is a good company I highly recommend them. I just wish there were more accountability for their subs. They were upfront about a “pile of mulch” but, even after personally contacting them, no accommodation for the job the sub did. As I said, I highly recommend Saw-Rit. On time, courterious and a fair price.

unlike other tree companies they kept me informed.they completed my project in a timely manner and completely cleaned the work site. i would definitely use them again.

They did not show up at the time scheduled. It was a hassle trying to get them to set an appointment but once here the job was done very well & professionally. Clean up was thorough. We were pleased with the job.

Called and asked if they could come a day early because they had a cancellation-said they would come between 12 and 1. Never showed up until 8:30am the next day and didn't even call after we sat and waited all afternoon. Did good job when they came though.

They weren't lowering the trees of my neighbor. The branches just fell in my driveway. There are now marks on my driveway.

I am very pleased with the professional manner the crew showed start to finish. They were smart and hardworking. They took down a large pine and cleaned the area so well that it is hard to tell they were ever there and they worked very quick. I would recommend them any time!

They also took the time to explain certain things to me about trees that I did not know. I was so impressed with the job they did in my front yard I immediately hired them back to do my back yard and cannot wait to see the finished product. If they are backed up it's because they are so good. Just get on their calendar they are so worth the wait. Price was incredibly fair for such a wonderful job. My trees got a haircut and my home looks wonderful! Thank you Saw-Rite!

From start (estimate) to finish (job completion), a project well done; total satisfaction. The owners personally overviewed the job, advised and estimated. Their crew was professional, efficient, good humored and attentive to my questions, comments, requests. My next tree service needs will be theirs.

This guys did a GREAT JOB .....

Took about three weeks to get them started as they are backed up on work.

They are very busy. Took 5 weeks to get them on site. But work was done very professionally. Their employees were friendly, courteous, and protective of your home/property.

I called, they came, they cut the tree down It all happened within 2 hours. Great guys and great service.

Very friendly group of guys however, I was told there would be no damage to my neighbors yard if they allowed the tree to be laid down in their yard. Laid down meant let it fall at the full force of gravity. There was some damage to my neighbors lawn and although my neighbors have been nice about it, I feel saw-rite should repair their lawn adequately. I was also disappointed that there was no clean up following the stump removal. There was a huge mound of dirt and wood chips left and the area was larger than where the tree was. I was told by the stump removal contractor that is all he is hired to do and does not clean up. As a small female, it took me a day to clean up the mess with a bad shoulder. The extra labor really aggravated my shoulder but, with an HOA I had to get it cleaned up and since Saw-Rite has not returned my calls, I had no choice but, to do it myself. During the estimate I was given the impression that they would be taking care all of the clean up. My fault for not getting a written estimate. I have made several calls to the company to discuss my neighbors yard and the mess that was left. I have received no response to date. I am disappointed in their business practice to ignore customers once they have been paid. They seemed to genuinely take pride in their work but, in the end that does not seem to be the case.
