VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TREE CLIMBER!

they cut my dead palm tree down, and later that same day another person came and ground the stump.

I HIRED THEM MAN SAID THEY BE BACK IN 2 WEEKS. ITS BEEN 8 WEEKS NOW NOT A PEEP FROM THEM. WASTE OF TIME USELESS WEBSITE.

Quality service. Quick and neat in removing two trees from my back yard requiring hauling it all over a fence.

The workers arrived early and prepared to do the job. The completed the job and cleaned-up before they left. Sierra also sent a team out a bout a week later to follow-up for quality control.

Hard working crew of just two, never stopped until job was done. they also did a big removal of oak & pine trees 2 years ago crew of 4. never stopped working and how quick they finished was amazing . They also left the yard clean of all leaves branches etc. very impressed

The crew was quick,efficient, and very personable.

This is a revision of my original review of 5 Stars. I had a number of trees *topped* and a few cut down with the debris cleaned up and removed. The last day we saw Ryan he had finished for the day due to wind and needed to return and top 2 more trees. When he sat down with us to discuss the price it was a lot more than we expected. Some additional work was done, so we knew that the cost would increase. It increased a lot! We discussed and agreed upon a price for the entire job and we went ahead and paid him the full amount so he could make payroll. He never came back to finish the job. We contacted him many times thereafter, and each time he stated that he would return, but he never did. He broke several appointments when he was to come back and finish. I am finally giving up because it has now been a full year since he was paid for the job. I am extremely disappointed.

They came when they said they would and did an excellent job

Great guys to work with. Gave them a 4.5 on cust. svc. because it took them a while to get back and clean up some branches that had fallen into the canal which they had to leave due to darkness, but otherwise a great job start to finish. Would use them again. All the workers are super polite.

I was not home when they came. Tree was gone and yard cleaned up when I got home.
