Goode Fence

It was difficult to get a company to install a fence on such a small project but Goode Fence accepted the job. Their price quoted was excellent, the quality of the material was excellent and the gentleman that installed the enclosure was really nice to work with.

ATTENTION: these scammers are probably about to file for bankruptcy. If they owe you money: hurry up! - Hired them for a simple fencing job. - Sheila took wrong measurements. - Tiffany didnt know which paperwork to submit for the permit. - They installed the fence without obtaining a permit I paid for - They had to remove the fence - Frank and Danielle bullsh***ed me for months and I had to hire a lawyer to get my money back. - Turned out that Frank worked for two other companies who filed for bankruptcy If you are an employer, do not hire these people. If you need a fence, do not give them your business. If they owe you money, hurry up.

My experience with Goode Fence was extraordinary. The professionalism, customer service, business processes, and installation were well beyond my expectations. Iâ ve hired other home service companies for various projects & was disappointed with at least 1 aspect of the project. Goode Fence responded to my request for estimate in within the day & I had the estimate in email before Sheila left my home. Once I hired them I had all necessary paperwork for HOA approval in less than a day. The project was scheduled within hours of HOA approval. Bryan Mertine (installer) arrived on time & completed the fence in 1 day. The whole process took less than 3 weeks which includes HOA approval.

My installer was great.

Multitude of communication errors. Final price quite higher than estimate due to incomplete plans and we finally drew up the plan and measured on our own, then submitted for work to start. They came earlier than agreed, but it turned out ok as far as schedule. Work was quite good until final 40 feet or so where they tried to stretch out the boards and ran short. Had to return to finish roughly 18 boards. Final product, after starts and fits, is what we required. I'm happy the project is completed.

Estimator was thorough and detailed in his evaluation. The professionalism compared well to others I used. I was given an approximate date at the estimation and I settled in 24 hrs. I can not evaluated the quality of work because they have not begun.

Did fence repair job for us. Tech was knowledgeable, professional & took the time to explain what he had to do to correct the problem.
