It exceeded all expectations.
Description of Work: James detailed my 19 year old Ford Expedition which had quite frankly not been kept up well at all. He basically restored the interior and exterior to brand new condition. The carpet looks brand new and the oxidation is totally removed. The scheduling was easy,and the job was superb. I would give the entire experience an A+. I definitely would recommend this service, and I would definitely use him again.

James and Rochelle did an absolute professional, detail oriented job cleaning our cars inside and out. We just provided the space and a water hose, and they worked relentlessly until the cars looked like new.
Description of Work: James and Rochelle did an excellent and detailed job detailing the interior and exterior of both our cars (Beetle convertible and Honda CR-V, the price mentioned reflects the price for one car) They were very friendly and very professional, and did an outstanding job. The cars are sparkling like new!

Wow. The best detail my car has seen. Really nice guy, polite, professional and personable. I've had over a half dozen details and this one was the best. Usually I'll find a small problem a few days later. Not a single issue with southern extreme.

I received an excellent detailing car wash and wax. I would definitely use Southern Extreme Detailing LLC company's services again.
Description of Work: I purchased a Groupon for a detail wash and wax. I normally purchase Groupons for a variety of services that I had not previously used. Even though my appointment time was delayed; I was notified 1 1/2 hours prior to my appointment that they were still a another job. They gave me the choice of delaying my appointment to later in the day or to schedule another day. I certainly appreciated the heads up.

Excellent. He spent nearly 4 hours cleaning the interior and exterior of the car. The most noticeable difference came from steam cleaning the leather to get out all of the set in dirt. We bought the car used and I can honestly say that the car is cleaner now than the day we got it!
