They did an excellent job. I don?t have any complaints at all. Their demeanor was good, and the guy that did the work was courteous and he did a good job explaining what he was going to do and why. I did not get a competitive quote. He responded immediately.

I was not able to use them yet, but I am going to. I had some conversations with them. I didn't get a formal estimate, but everything we talked about was very positive and this was all on the phone. It is a major job. My initial impression was very good. He was making suggestions on how to reduce the price of the overall job. Obviously he wouldn't make as much money, but he was trying to keep my costs down. He was making suggestions on what to get. He was going to go ask his other customers which brand of tankless they preferred and get back to me. He even said that my best bet was to buy it myself, and he would put it in and that would save me more. He wouldn't be taking any material mark-up. When I called him, it came through in his conversation that he was coming back from a retreat from somewhere in Georgia at that time. You can tell he is a very devout Christian and it comes through in his business as well. Apparently he must make sure that he gives good value for his work. He is just one guy managing the company. His punctuality is not applicable as of yet. It was a builder's private home and I guess the builder thought that it was a better idea to have 2 water heaters. I am not thrilled with 100 gallons of water in my attic so I am going to replace it with a tankless.

They seemed to be very fair and kept us advised of all costs before they were incurred. The price was a little bit high, but might be because of today?s world. I would most definitely use their services in the future too.

The plumber was a really nice young man. He showed up within 20 minutes of his scheduled start time and got right to work. He replaced a very old water heater in my garage (easy access) and the shower valve in one bathroom. I am satisfied that he did a good job; however the work took longer than I expected (it took about 6 hours from start to finish). He cut an access panel in my bedroom closet to replace the shower valve and I was surprised to find quite a bit of wood shavings and dry wall dust on the floor of my closet. The plastic wrap for the wall cover access panel was left on the floor of my room. There was also scrap from the water heater job on the floor of the garage. I possibly overpaid for this work, but that is my fault for not getting more than one estimate. I will call this company again and hire them if their price is comparable to other estimates.

He?s super punctual, always on time! He?s very courteous and has reasonable prices. I would really recommend him to anybody.

It went great - I called at 11am, and Louis was able to make it to my house by 3pm to take care of the issue (timing was critical since the new cabinets were getting installed the next morning). He is professional, prompt, and prepared! I will be using Servant Plumbing to hook up my sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal once the new countertops and sink are installed.

Noting the toilets were backing up, I checked with Angie's List and called Louie at about 9:00 am. He said he would come by at 10:30-11:00 am the same day and arrived on time. He had some difficulty locating the sewer line from the house to a "clean-out" located part way to the street. But, once found, he worked steadily to install a new clean-out and unclog the line. His first estimate was about $200, which rose to $300 and then, finally, to $485 as he discovered more and more problems. He kept me informed as his work progressed. He employed a television-like gadget to show me what appeared to be cracked pipe and roots some way from the house and estimated an additional $1250 to clear and repair the second blockage, the expense principally being related problems caused by a tree located adjacent to the sewer line. He said the sewer line might hold up for two or three months and urged me to get some other estimates,

I called because our shower would not completely turn off. I called and talked to Louie on Wednesday the 29th of July. He explained the two possible scenarios of fixing the leak. We set up a time for Thursday. Louie called to let me know he was unable to come himself, but he was sending Travis and that he would arrive as close to 11:00 as possible. Travis and his helper, Randy, arrived right on time. They removed the problem part and were able to find a replacement very quickly. The part was replaced along with o rings. They cleaned up the brass fittings and fixed the problem completely. The original quote was for around $260 but I asked them to go ahead and replace the parts in our other shower, too. They were able to do both showers at a better price than quoted. Both workers were very professional and were polite and had great manners. This is something that is very hard to find these days. They were able to complete the job in a very timely manner and left the area totally cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company and these guys to all and will call them again for any plumbing problems we may have!!

He came right over and fixed it. I haven't had problem since. The price was reasonable for what he did.

Very accommodating as we had considerable difficulty getting our water heater, which was under warranty, replaced by the manufacturer and delivered by the supplier. Made time to come out exactly when we needed him. Was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Discovered wet ceiling in kitchen which was result of leaking toilet drain in second floor bath. Being relatively new to this area and having no contact with a plumber, relied on Angie's listing to select Servant Plumbing. Louie was able to sandwich us in between two other emergency situations and had our problem corrected within 24 hours.

Louie returned my call immediately and came to do the work in three days. (It was not an emergency.) He was early for the appointment, quoted a price and did the work. He even thanked me for calling him!

I called Servant Plumbing on a Friday and left a message that my hot water heater was not working. They called me back and we setup a time for the next day. The time was 10am, at 9:30 they called and said the job they were at was taking longer than he thought so he said around 10:30am. I really like that he called and told me this instead of me waiting around not knowing if he was coming or not. He arrived, and I showed him the water heater and he went to work on it. about 45 minutes later he was done and we had hot water! Thanks guys!

Excellent. Very honest, fair guy. Got here quick and stayed late to make sure it was fixed.

We had a serious back-up in our downstairs bath - both the bathtub and the toilet had waste backing up and clogging the drain. I called Louis to "root" out the waste line (this has been a chronic problem for us since we bought the house nearly 7 years ago). After several tries, it became obvious that this wasn't a typical clog. Louis had his assistant Travis come out the next day and after digging around a bit Travis found that a huge clump of roots had broken 4 feet of the waste pipe. They removed the roots, replaced the broken pipe, added an access so that we won't have to dig to reach the waste line in the future and cleared all of the drains. None of the other companies, including the "big guy" rooter companies, had ever figured out that the issue we constantly had was anything other than waste back-up. Louis was gracious and worked with us to make sure that we could have the work done in a time when money was EXTREMELY tight for us, which definitely took a real load off of our minds! Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. I even felt safe leaving Travis alone in the house when I had to run back to work for a meeting!

He was prompt, professional and responded to my desperation to get the work done late on a Friday afternoon. Called the next day to make sure there were no drips.

The entire transaction evolved over about a week. I called them to come and give me a price before I had the old ceramic tile completely out. Louie came, on time, and we discussed both jobs in detail. He pointed out all the possible pitfalls and advised us on things to do to make the job easier. He gave us choices on costs, based on him doing all the work versus us doing part. After we settled on a cost he told us he would call the following Monday to see where we were in the job. He did call and we set a time for them to come and do their work. He drove into my driveway at the time he said he would and went to work. His helper, Travis, came about 30 minutes later and they were cleaned up and gone approximately 4 1/2 hours later. Both treated our house as if it was theirs. There were no surprises, no requests for more time or money and everything was done as planned. Very professional and Very nice guys. You can't go wrong hiring Servant Plumbing to do your work. Period.

We called Louis, and he arrived within two hours of the call. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and finished the job in the time that other plumbers would have taken to give us an estimate. He did a great job of explaining what he was going to do, best and worst case scenario. I never felt like he was speaking Greek to me. We were lucky to have the situation fall into the "best case" scenario. He even had a piece of pipe that is apparently pretty obscure (we have one of THOSE old houses) in his tool box and we were happy, perhaps for the first time ever, to pay what the plumber asked for in a fee. Louis was a real pleasure to work with and I plan to call him EVERY TIME that there is a plumbing issue in my old house!
