Servant Plumbing of Mt.Pleasant

The job went fine overall. My garbage disposal was 13 years old and he said that some part has worn out. He replaced it within a couple of hours. I thought that the price was a little high.

Luie was very helpful and explained all phases of work before starting. He is very pleasant and answers any questions, very helpful with solutions for problems with your home.He has had many years of experience and has worked in many older homes. He completed work quickly and worked long hours to finish project. I would certainly use him again for any plumbing needs.

Called in the morning and the repairman came promptly. Provided excellent service and good value in my opinion. The serviceman was clean cut, curteous and competent. He worked quickly and then cleaned up after the service. I would not hesitate to use the service again and highly recommend it. The owner called to confirm that the work had been done to my satisfaction. I appreciated the follow up to make sure the service rendered met our requirements.

We called Servant because we had used them before and found them professional and friendly, and very accomodating. This experience was much the same. A prompt call and schedule for fixing the problem. He did have to postpone for one day but seemed willing to keep the original appointment if it was necessary. He did an excellent job and explained everything to me in simple terms. I will definitely continue to use Servant for our plumbing needs.

It went so much better that I could have hope. I would only call this man again if I had any problems. He's a wonderful individual and great plumber. I would recommend him to anyone. In fact, in telling my woes to my sister, it turned out that she had used him as well and was equally satisfied. I hope he stays in business forever. My dishwasher is broken and I can think of no other person I would call to replace it.

Louie was responsive, prompt, efficient, personable and did a great job.

I really like him. I'll keep using him; he's a great guy. The prices are reasonable. If he can't do something, he'll send somebody else over.

Jobs were both done with no mess. So far, everything has been working properly. He seemed very experienced.

The work took about a week & we trusted Lou to do the entire project without us being on site. He kept us up-to-date with phone calls to let us know the progress. We were promised pictures of the progress, but they never showed up. Very few problems w/ such a major renovation... Good cleanup after the fact. When we "redo" the other bathroom, and we will call Lou & Servant Plumbing to handle it for us.

Louie was very responsive and professional and did the job right away. He recommended Smith rather than Bradford-White and we hope that works out well.

I called at 11:00. The service person arrived before noon. He gave me a price estimate on a new water heater. The old one was too big for the space and a water heater had to be moved in order to have access to the ac systerm. He then went to purchase the new heatrer. He returned , installed the new heater and moved the pipes connecting it to the water so they would not interfer with the use of the floor in the utility lroom. The entire job was conmpleted by 4:030 the same day. The final price was well below the original estimate because of Angies' List.

I got a call from my renter saying the well pump continually ran. Found a busted water line underneath the house. Immediately searched Angie's List. Called Louie and discussed the job. My house was built in 1933 and is pretty low / nearly inaccessible in places. Louie sent his guys right out, discovered the old service lines had rusted through. Louie called me and we discussed the price. His guys came out and stayed not only all day, but until 10pm so my renter had water back. Louie is a good Christian man who is very pleasant to deal with, explains what needs to be done, and sticks with it till the job is complete. I highly recommend him, and will definitely use him again (but hopefully not to soon! :)

He did a really, really good job. He came over right away and the gentleman that owns the company answered the phone and for me that is really nice. He sent his guy over and fixed it right away and it was about a half hour drive. The cost was very reasonable. He was really good, able and very, very polite. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me and he was great. He fixed it and it worked ever since. He was really professional, even though he was a young guy and he was also very kind. I would definitely hire him again if I had any plumbing problem.

Joshua was very polite and professional, came as quickly as possible and spent about two hours working on the project. He also answered several other plumbing questions that I had. We were very satisfied with his work. We got a follow-up call later in the afternoon to make sure everything was fine.

We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that was dripping water through the ceiling to the downstairs dining room. After evaluating the situation, and my tale of events, the plumber recommended I seal the upstairs, tile shower as that was probably the culprit. We sealed the tile and have not noticed any more water dripping from the ceiling.

Plumber researched and provided options for fixing leak, then made repair same day in inclement weather.

He responded within 15 minutes. Although he was delayed in getting to my house he ept me informed that he would be late. He kept me updated on what he ound and approximate cost. He fixed everything and left everything clean and neat. He called later that niht to make sure everything was working and I was happy. I highly recommend this company.

He called prior to his arrival and arrived ten mins. late. However, he was professional and did a good job. He was in the home about three hours and said that he did not charge for the flappers in the toilets.

This was my second experience with Servant Plumbing in three years. This time, the bathtub was dripping and seemed to need a cartridge replacement. However, knowing nothing about plumbing, I called Louis at Servant Plumbing to describe the problem and set up an appointment. On the phone Louis was, as always, very friendly and even remembered the job he did in my condo years back. He said the problem was easy enough for me to fix by myself (and avoid having to pay him to come over), and provided instructions over the phone on how to replace the cartridge. I really appreciated the free advice and gave it a try. That night, working on the plumbing myself, I stripped the screw that held the cartridge in place. So the next day, Louis sent one of his plumbers, Josh, to the condo to do the fix. This was my first experience with Josh who was punctual and friendly, and got to work right away on drilling through the stripped screw, removing the defective cartridge, and replacing the part with a new one. In all, the job took fewer than 45 minutes. Unfortunately, since I required a professional for the job, I ended up paying $190 parts and labor (not including a new screw to replace the stripped piece), instead of just shelling out $45 for the replacement cartridge myself. But to have Louis' imprimatur on Josh's work made me feel pretty confident about the fix. That is, until we tried using the bathtub for the first time a couple of weeks later, (since this was a secondary bathroom, we don't use it on a regular basis). Unfortunately, Josh somehow installed the cartridge such that hot and cold were reversed. To be more specific, the faucet is controlled by a single dial handle that turns counterclockwise from 6:00 to 9:00, running cold-to-hot. After the fix, the faucet was running hot-to-cold. We called Louis the morning of this discovery and he sent Josh over by noon to 'fix the fix.' No charge this time, of course, but I just wish the faucet had been checked the first time around. Ever grateful, but slightly less satisfied in this case by the cost of service plus the error during the initial fix, I'll grade them less than an A this time. Looking back, I remember reading other reviews that Servant Plumbing may be a touch more expensive than other services, but it is also an extremely professional outfit, and this experience was overall no different. If I ever have another plumbing problem, Louis at Servant Plumbing would still be my go-to-guy in a pinch.

Overall the work was excellent and the price was much lower than expected. I plan to tell everyone of how wonderful this company treats their customers.

Louie came out and after spending only a few minutes on site, he was able to diagnose the REAL problem and within a few hours, had it fixed for under $400. He said the other companies were just trying to sell me new waterlines to make the money, that's just what they do. An honest plumber is very hard to find. I will definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
