After getting the phone number from Angie's List and calling Servant Plumbing, they returned my call in less than 15 minutes. I spoke to Louie. In a subsequent phone call from Josh, he made an appointment for later the same week. He called prior to showing up to confirm the appointment time and arrived a minute early. While in my home, he was neat with the job and knew exactly what he was doing. The end result was a beautiful new sink, expertly installed. I asked him for a close estimate of the time it would take him to finish and his estimate ended up being within 10 minutes of the actual completion time. The entire experience could not have gone more smoothly. I feel very confident that Servant Plumbing is one of the best plumbing companies available and I will recommend them as often I can. The price was comparable to other plumbing companies and reasonable, although the level of service I received is practically priceless and very uncommon.

Our first contact with Louie, the owner of Servant Plumbing, was just an inquiry regarding leak detection for a slab leak underneath our house. There was a question of where the leak was and whether or not it could be repaired. Even though I was dealing with two other plumbing contractors and had not even asked him to look at the job or give us an estimate, Louie spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing the problem and giving me his professional opinion. After deciding to award the repiping job to one of the original contractors, we discovered that the contractor was going to use a material we weren't sure about. After talking with Louie the first time, I could tell he was professional and knowledgeable. He also said if I had any questions about what the other guys were doing, I could call him and ask questions. So, I called him back to ask his opinion and he provided me with an honest assessment of what the other contractor wanted to do. There was still some doubt as to whether or not we needed a repair or complete repipe. Without my asking, Louie offered to have Josh, one of his plumbers, come by and take a look at the problem to make sure we were doing the right thing. Josh came out on Friday at the appointed time and, as the other plumbers had said, he determined we needed a complete repipe due to the age of the house and the condition of the copper piping (we had other leaks in the past year). Based on my phone conversations with Louie and the visit from Josh, I knew that this was the company I wanted to do the job. I asked Louie to give me a quote, which I felt was very reasonable. He said the job would take 1½-2 days and he would start on Monday. Sunday night, Louie called and said that he was sending an additional plumber with Josh in order to try and complete the job in one day so we would not be inconvenienced any longer, since I was having to turn the water on and off at the meter a couple times a day. He asked If we minded if they stayed late to complete the job, which I thought was very generous. Josh and Dave arrived promptly at 9:00 AM on Monday morning and went to work. They were true professionals. They took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had throughout the day. They also took their time and were very attentive to the details of their work. To make a long story a little bit shorter, the job was completed at 10:15 PM that night!! Thank you, Louie, Josh and Dave. We greatly appreciate your professionalism and hard work to get this job done. And Louie, thank you for your honesty and compassion in dealing with us in a very stressful situation. Water doesn't seem like much until you don't have it. You are the best!!!

The drain plumbing for an upstairs shower had been improperly repaired by another contractor. What was leaking on to the ceiling below. The owner of Servant Plumbing can out to give an estimate for correcting the situation. Once he saw that I already had the ceiling open, plastic layed down, and scaffolding in place he decided to complete the repair himself. He spent about two and a half hours, including two trips to the hardware store to complete the work. I have tested the shower three times, the drain no longer leaks.

Follow up was excellent. When a problem arose, a creative work around was satisfactorily completed. Clean up after the job completionwas lacking.

Overall, when very well. Small leak in water line to toilet tank was corrected very efficiently, professionally, and effectively.

Went well. Arrived near agreed upon time. Identified the blockage to be somewhere between the middle cleanout and the road. Tried to snake it out but only had a 100 foot power snake on truck. Spent about 1/4 hour trying to find other cleanouts but they were not available. Came back next day with a water jet bladder and jetted it out. Agreed to have the cleanout height increased (it was burried). He collected a check and that was it.

I called the number listed and was instructed to leave a message and that someone would call within 15 minutes. I was called well within that time period and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I also called and received estimates from 2 other plumbing companies. The Servant representative arrived on time and was able to give me an estimate lower than the 2 other companies. He was also able to do the work at that time instead of coming back. He switched out the toilets and replaced the shut off valve in record time and left the work area clean. Iwill call them again - for my home and my rentals. kathi

What a great service call experience! I had expected a quick run-through and estimate but received a thorough examination of the problem areas, detailed explanation of possible causes and fixes and their relative cost, and then when asked about setting up a time for the repairs to commence, he wanted to go ahead at that time so I wouldn't have to take more time off from work. Josh was knowledgable, personable and tolerated my dogs....and my dogs, who bark at EVERY stranger, never once barked at him...they even jumped up on him when he arrived which they never do. Call this company --- well worth it!

He did what he was supposed to do and on time.

I am mostly dissatisfied with the price. This installation was not difficult yet they did it with great dispatch. They had to pick up the water heater and bring it in to my home. I felt that they charged me too much. I wrote to them and expressed my dissatisfaction. They responded to this in an incredibly unprofessional way. The water heater has a 6 year warantee and the owner of the company told me there would be free labor for the entire period of the warantee on the water heater. When I got the invoice, however, it only said that there was a warantee of labor for one year. I request that the invoice be corrected but they have not done so yet.

The job was excellent. They came on time. They suggested some alternatives to help with my plumbing. I would use them again.

He gave us good service. He showed up exactly on time and got the job done immediately. It took him only 15 minutes to fix it and it's still fixed.

It was great. They showed up on time, took the time to explain things that were wrong and things that needed fixing, and then completed the job quickly. I would definately hire them again!

They were on time and did everything quickly. They were great.

I disliked that it was extremely expensive, but they did a good job. To be honest, they had good customer service. They followed up. They were extremely polite and courteous. I would definitely pay for it. The workers that came out were extremely professional. They were fine. I had no problem with them other than the price. I think it was probably twice as much as it should have.

He did an excellent job. The price he gave me was more than the last one he gave me for the same thing but that's okay. I don't know how he could have done anything better. He was right on time and very professional. He also put in a hot water heater for me a year ago.

This is the second time I have used Servant Plumbing. When I contacted Louie, it was pretty clear I would need a new faucet. He suggested a particular brand to purchase, which I did. His associate Joshua arrived the next morning to do the replacement--after thoroughly checking the existing faucet to be sure it couldn't be fixed. He also removed excess piping from extensions on the previous faucet. Later that afternoon, Louie called to be sure I was satisfied with the work. I recommend this company very highly.

As indicated above, everything completed satisfactorily.

Louie from Servent plumbing is as patient as Jobe!! Louie repaired our backflow devise with a new part. After a few days, the part was still leaking. Louie replaced the part again, because the first part was defective. At no aditional charge. The piece continued to leak. Louie called a backflow certifier who discovered and removed a blockage in the pipe. Again, at no charge to us. Louie was always punctual. He always called us back within 15 minutes - even on Saturday! He was very dedicated to helping us find the true source of the leak and after many trips to our house and finally paying the backflow certifier out of his own pocket, he was able to stop the leak. Louie was very professional at all times. He always listened to our concerns and never once tried to tell us it was our fault or make us pay for something that wasn't ours to pay. It is very easy for professionals to take advantage of people who do not know plumbing, electrical or whatever, but Louie was very honest with us and did not once try to take advantage of our ignorance on how the backflow system should work properly. I am a customer of Servent Plumbing for life!!

I looked up for water heaters on consumer report and there was one company that gives 12-year warranty for water heaters, but the one he got was with 6-year warranty. When I told him about the other company that they are giving 12-year warranty and he argued against them and about the quality of those water heaters. Then, he extended the warranty of the water heater for 10 years without charging. He said he believes so much in what he was doing, picking up the right thing. I would use him again in the future too.

We needed a new water heater and I found many good reports on Angie's List for this provider. I called at 9:30am, met with them at 12:30pm and by 5:00pm we had a new water heater installed. I was offered options on the installation and opted to provide my own assistance in the installation. The water heater is located in the attic so it took some effort to position it. The installer was among the most professional and efficient I have dealt with in over 40 years of home ownership. I will call this service anytime I need any plumbing work.

The price I paid was in the range of $200 to $250. What I liked about them was that they came either the same day or the next day. What I didn?t like was that I subsequently found out that their price was a little bit higher than the other plumbers in the area. I needed to get somebody in there right away to get it fixed. He talked like he was giving me a really good deal. When I talked to another plumber several days later, that plumber said that he would have done it for half that price or for about 60% of what the first one cost. The workers were fine. I would tell others to get some comparison prices elsewhere before choosing them. I was satisfied with the work, but I thought that I paid too much. The work has been fine so far. I would consider using them again, but I would check elsewhere first.
