Walt arrived promptly. He was very courteous and professional, yet friendly. He first checked out my drainage system extensively to make sure there was a blockage. He inspected every toilet, bathtub, and under the house (where the main drain was located). After an extensive examination, he concluded that there was no fixed blockage, and then asked what else needed repair. He then repaired a leaky kitchen sink. Walt also examined a leaky bathroom sink, finding that the faucet needs replacement. He provided an estimate for installing a new faucet. Overall I was extremely satisfied with his service. I think other plumbers might have taken advantage of my initial concern with a drain pipe blockage by charging me for a complete (and unnecessary) cleaning, but Walt did not do that! I will definitely call Servant Plumbing again for future jobs!

Plumber came out and snaked the line. The gurgling returned in a couple of days. Plumber returned, and blew the line out with water. Gurgling returned after a couple of days. It was suggested that I had a venting problem with my Stutor AAVs. Plumber returned and tested all the vents and they were working properly. I suspected I still had a clogged line while the plumber wanted to continue to pursue replacing the vents or sending a camera down the line. I went to Lowes and purchased a 50 ft snake and snaked the line to the point where the line intersected with the main line to the septic tank. The gurgling stopped and has not re-appeared for almost a week. The plumber was very surprised with my results and as a matter of good faith, refunded his $175 fee. I did not insist on recouping the $26 I paid for the snake.

Great. He arrived not time, did the work properly, didn't try to sell us any additional services. We are very pleased with the work.

Josh from Servant plumbing arrived in less than 2 hours and was able to locate the leak and repair it. He was professional and extremely courteous.

The main sewage line of my rented home backed up. I contacted Servant, spoke with the owner via phone, and scheduled an appointment. He explained over the phone that they would attempt to prioritize me due to the circumstances. They were out later that day to have a look. I received an estimate before the work began and agreed to the price. They were total professionals throughout the entire process. In the end the work performed was less than the estimate. I will definitely use them again.

One man had to work in a very small space under the stairs. He took the old water heater out and installed the new one.

We purchased a kitchen faucet and called Servant Plumbing to install it. The quoted price was $165 which we agreed to since we didn't know what would be involved in the installation. A serviceman came the same afternoon and was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. He replaced the existing faucet which was the same brand and design as the new one we supplied and it took him approximately 15-20 minutes. We would call Servant Plumbing again for plumbing service, but we felt the price was high for the time and work involved.

Louie, of Servant Plumbing, called back within 15minutes of my initial call to him. His employees were on time as scheduled - did the work quickly and efficiently. At all times, Louie kept my informed of what his employees found -- what repair was necessary- and the pricing.

It was a really great experience dealing with Servant plumbing. Walt showed up at the time he was due. He found the problem and advised me that it needed replaced as I expected since it was really old. He went and got the new one I needed and took out the old one and put in the new one in no time at all. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. I will call them if I need any other plumber services and recommend him to anyone who need his services.

I called Servant Plumbing very early on Saturday morning. Their listing said they would return calls within 15 minutes - and they did. They said that they would have someone there early in the afternoon. I was called an hour before to let me know someone was on the way. He arrived on time, promptly assessed the problem and then snaked the drain. Excellent professional service, would definitely use again.

Louie and Les are the best professionals you'll ever find. They are friendly, responsive, competent, dedicated and, above all, honest. They are perfectionists, consequently, the end result exceeded our expectations. Louie gave us a detailed estimate of the job and, as with any work, there were additional expenses (mostly due to the poor job the original contractors had done in the bathroom). Louie was very honest about every issue. Les performed most of the hands-on work. He is fantastic! Les was very careful to keep everything as clean as possible (there were some demolitions, which means a lot of dust) after each and every day. He even fixed a few more things that were not in the original plan (holes in other walls of the bathroom). Both Louie and Les gave us great suggestions about the remodeling project and we are more than happy with the way it turned out. The job took a little longer than originally planned, but one of the (main) reasons was that the tiles we had ordered took one week longer to arrive than the store had told us it would. However, that did not bother us at all, since we prefer to have a perfect job that takes longer than a rushed one that will be less than perfect. Louie was always checking if we were pleased with every step and always available if anything came up (which it did not). We cannot stress enough what great professionals they both are. We recommend their services with absolutely no reservations and will most certainly contact them again if we decide to do any other renovation in the house.

Louie the owner called me right away and scheduled with me. Walt came out to do the work and was wonderful. Very nice guy very professional and pleasant demeanor. Very concerned and caring for what we, the customer wanted and always made sure he was meeting those needs. Rave reviews!!!!

I always rely on Angie's list when lookong for contractors. I'd like to read reviews and to talk to multiple providers before hiring somebody to do the work. It has been working great for me so far. Servant Plumbing is the latest example. I called several plumbing companies with top reviews on Angie's list. Louie was so easy and fun to talk to. His price was fair. He even gave me the special discount as being Angie's list member. Apparently he takes the reviews seriously. His comments "I always feel nervous when I receive an email from Angie's list saying that I got a new review" made me laugh. Walt and Josh did some serous work for me last week. They worked around my schedule and showed up in time. They installed the new water heaters (on multiple properties) easily, explained how each part works and showed me a few plumbing tricks around the houses. They did the work for me last week. I waited until this week on purpose to write the review since I want to see if everything still works as great as it looks. They are definitely great guys. I will sure use them next time for any plumbing work. Hopefully this review is helpful for other members.

Great response on a Sunday morning. While he didn't answer the phone when I called, he did return my call in less than 15 minutes as promised on his message. That's pretty impressive. The technician who came to the house was fully capable. He tried to see if the garbage disposal could be repaired before he replaced it. I will definitely be using Servant for future plumbing needs.

I called them on a sunday when i noticed leaking around my hot water heater. Spoke to the owner (Louis), who even offered to come out on Sunday if i needed him then. When i responded that i didn't want to pay more for weekend work, he graciously replied that in emergency situations, they don't charge extra for weekends or night time work. I thought that was such an outstanding quality and response. I still declined, since it was not an emergency in my case (I'm single with no kids, it's hot outside and i can take cold showers for a day...been through Hugo lol...). I told him that i had turned off the power already to the hot water heater and he explained to me how i also needed to turn off the water to the heater (duh) as well. Anyway, just a very nice and personable man to deal with adn willing to go the extra mile already (and hadn't even had the work done yet). Since I was willing to wait until the next day to replace it, he advised that his worker, Joshua could come by my house the next day after he went to one appt already scheduled at 9am (for just a re-check or something on some remodeling...to make sure the customer was satisfied, etc. etc). Joshua called me around 10am and said he was on his way. Once he got there, he and I talked a bit, he helped me decide on what i needed/wanted in a new hot water heater and then he proceeded to work on removing/draining the old unit, etc. The finished product is beautiful and i am very satisfied so far with both the hot water heater itself and absolutely fully satisfied and pleased that i chose Servant to install it. I do wish the cost would have been a little better (since i found the model of my hot water heater online for around 250.00), but for all the installation work (pipes wrapped etc etc.), it really is a great deal. Thank you so much Servant. I'm sure i will be calling you again.

The service was great. I called yesterday and he came today and fixed my problem within the hour. Very professional a and courteous. Prices reasonable and is coming back to do some additional work.

The bathtub faucet and the pipe inside were broken when someone fell in the tub. Josh initially thought he would have to go through the closet wall behind to do the work because of the extent of the damage, but he was able to work around that and replace the faucet. The response by this company is amazing - i was called back when promised and never expected to see someone on a holiday, but Josh finished an 'emergency' job and arrived late in the afternoon. This is my second experience with this firm and I would not hesitate to call them or recommend them. I live in a condo that was previously an apartment and I know there will be plumbing issues for years to come, but I feel secure knowing Servant is there to help. I trust these people completely and that goes a long way to making me feel confident that I will be treated fairly.

Great! Came when they were supposed to and made the repair as they said they at the price quoted.

Showed up as promised, capped off the valve after I decided not to replace it and gave me advice on where to buya repalcement valve if I ever want to connect the system in the future.
