Located and repaired a faulty plumbing connection behind a the sink in the bathroom through a hole he created in the adjacent closet wall for that purpose. We had already cleared for him the wall in the closet as we knew the leak most likely existed there. Before he cut the hole he verified there was no indication of a roof leak since there had been recent rain. Approximate time for repair 1 hour. During the process another line was nicked and he replaced a second T at no additional charge. He had already told us the price so we know. The plumber was very courteous, responsive, listened and was a professional gentleman and a good representative for the company. The Owner/Manager Louie also called and checked on our satisfaction. I rated the price a B because I cannot say the price was fair or excellent as I have nothing to compare to.

Josh was great ! He explanied the cost structure before he began work. He was respectful , patient, efficient and determined to solve my plumbing problems. Following completion of the repairs, he remained until he was sure the shower drains were not leaking before he left. I have the "Servant Plumbing" phone number on my "fridge" and will be using them exclusively in the future for my plumbing needs should they arise.

Servant Plumbing is a most refreshing change from the norm. There is no way to recap my experiences with this company. What they provide is above and beyond what you would expect. Louie, the owner, is the most communicative individual I have ever met. His concern and care about my project was top notch. He is not just an ordinary plumber, but is a plumber extraordinaire. He handled every aspect of this job, right down to the design. We had spent months trying to decide how to lay out this bathroom. One visit by Louie and he completely change the way we had thought about it. As he explains it, his 35 years of experience enables him to know what the end result is going to look like, and we only see it on paper. He is a man of his word and if he says he's going to do something he does. He seems to be able to exhaust himself in explaining things to me. Even if he has to repeat it several times. I am not the most savvy at mechanical things, but with Louie, he explains it in a way that I understood it. He also gave us a 10 year warranty. I am not aware of any other company that gives that warranty. That showed me that he was not afraid of his work. This renovation, from start to finish, was absolutely perfect. The end result was simply phenomenal. I just can not see how it could have went any better. The tile work was flawless and just awesome. If I had to really think about it hard, the only negative to the job was it did take longer than I thought. But once again, this is a very common problem with almost any renovation. Unforeseen issues behind the walls, problems that arose along the way, it was always something. However he always informed me of the problems, explained and showed them to me so that I was involved in it. But most importantly he never tried to charge me more because of it. He always honored the price he gave me, in writing, and even though he had to go through a considerable amount of work more than he planned on, not once did he ever try to up the price on me. All of my plumbing projects at the house are now complete, thanks to Servant Plumbing. They have transformed my house and I'm so happy to have found them. The end result was most worth the wait. To be honest, I would have been willing for it to take twice as long because of what a beautiful job they did.

Early on Thanksgiving evening I observed a significant loss of water pressure in the house coupled with water streaming across the lawn and into the street. After getting the curb valve closed, I called Servant Plumbing's 24-hour emergency number at about 7:15pm. Louie responded with a confirmation callback within about 15 minutes and a second callback somewhat later advising when to expect a technician. Joshua arrived at about 10:15am today (29-November) following a courtesy call to advise me he was en route. Within two hours he 1) dug a hole to locate the pipe break 2) discovered a previously unknown 30-year old flimsy plastic cutoff valve just downstream of the break 3) repaired the leak 4) replaced the plastic valve with a new metal ball valve 5) restored the water flow and confirmed no further leakage 6) filled the hole. It should be noted that the line break was within 12 to 18 inches of the foundation slab, making for close quarters in terms of accomplishing the repair. Servant Plumbing is always my first call for any water-related homeowner issues, and once again they responded promptly and professionally to my need. It's possible you may receive a lower bid for repair work from another provider, but it's unlikely you will receive better results.

Since today is a national holiday, I was at the mercy of the available parts in the service truck. Luckily, they had enough parts to temporarily fix the problem so we could get through the holiday. Tomorrow they will return and do the permanent fix. It is the best I could hope for.

I work on million dollar projects where making my clients comfortable with my offering and what my organization can provide to them is of the utmost importance. I have never seen a Mount Pleasant, business to consumer organization, do so well as Servant Plumbing. Simply put: they're top notch. They were on time from the moment I picked up the phone for the first time. They arrived on-time. Clearly explained to me what they were going to do. They were very clear, to the point yet very patient with me. They were very neat, worked effectively. I had my family in down and my Dad who is now retired watched them work. My Dad used to restore old castles in France. It's hard to impress him, but he only had good things to say about the quality of the work that was performed. They are client focused and they are as well orchestrated as a surgeon and his staff in the OR. Everything went very smoothly. What else could I for? Nothing! I just wish they could tackle on other projects in my house!!!

The service was excellent. We have used Servant Plumbing twice and have had great experiences both times. The first we wanted to modify some plumbing in the walls to allow a better fit while we were upgrading our bathroom. The second was that we needed to replace several old water shutoff valves around the house, and he did it quickly and neat. They have always recommended the best options, even though it may not have been the option where they would make the most profit. Louie and his team are very professional and take the extra time to answer any questions and concerns we have. I highly recommend Servant Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

The owner answered my call, and relayed there were many appointments and that he could send someone the next day. But if anything opened, he would call. This did happen, and a very polite and professional man arrived in a short time. He checked both toilets, and said the sluggish one should be cleared. He said the original inner parts were fairly old, and he could rebuild them for half price since he was already at the house. Knowing the age of the house and seeing the parts, this was a justifiable assessment. I checked with my husband who agreed as well. The owner also called later in the day to check on our satisfaction with the appointment. We will definitely use their company again.

The plumber (Joel) showed up on time and was very polite. He took a look at each area where a faucet was getting installed and told me what, if anything out of the norm, would need to be done. After installing each faucet, time was taken to check for leaks and that everything operated as it should. No mess was left behind.

Promptly returned my phone call to set up an appointment to fix the toilet leak issue. The technician was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommended.

When you call the company, and you pray someone answers, they have an answering machine that says they pledges they will call you back in 15 minutes. Sure as the president wants your vote, they call you back. They listen to your problem, and then the real work begins. They make calls and get someone to address your issues as quickly as you need them there. You dont get flat knees kneeling and praying. They show up, they diagnose your problem and isolate the leak,(s). When you are praying for a way to be able to afford and pay for the great service you recieve, they come out with a quote that knocks you kicks you back to the ground again, but this time you are on your knees thanking the Lord that you were not the target of another dishonest money hungry contractor. That does not top the blessings of the day, they actually fix your problems, save you money, clean up the job site, show up sober, and do the work in a professional manner. They treat your home like its a mansion, belonging to their own mother. As a single mom, struggling through furloughs, this vendor is Heaven sent. I can't warn you enough about using anyone else. I have other posts on Angie's list that I know are educational to say the least. I have been to court, to lawyers office's to deal with the worst contractors in the world that took my last dollar for groceries and did terrible work, showed up stoned, and lied abou the supposed work they did. Not Servant Plumbing. They are truely the most honest, most knowledgeable,most integrity, most caring, most professional, neatest kindest team of people you will ever call on Angie's List. This is the kind of services you seek by coming to Angie's list to begin with, to find someone you can trust. I am a Christian woman, and hope this does not offend anyone. These people at Servant Plumbing do the Lord's work by helping people not just themselves to your money.This posting is to try to thank them, and The Lord for answering my prayers, protecting me, my tenants and the properties I am trying to provide homes for others to give back the blessings the Lord blesses me with. One Sunday afternoon we noticed water coming from the ceiling. Our old 80 gallon hot-water heater went bad and was leaking. I called Louie the plumber. Within an hour Walt showed up and drained the tank. Fortunately I was able to sop up the leak with towels to avoid damage to the ceiling before Walt got there. Next day Walt shows up with the new tank (50 gallon) with his partner. They removed the old one from the attic, a herculean task getting it through the opening. Walt then had the new one operating in no time flat. Working in that hot attic in august is no easy task. These guys were a pleasure to deal, very professional and super responsive. Due to the emergency nature of the situation I didn't have time to shop around to see if the price was competitive. However, being that Walt came on a sunday and spent most of the afternoon draining the old tank and preparing the attic for the new one the next day, I feel the A rating for price was warranted. I very much recommend these guys and plan to use them as my "go-to" plumbers in the future.

We had tile put in the bathroom and the toilet did not fit down enough to meet the drain pipe. I tried using many wax rings to no avail. it continued to leak. So I had to get a professional. Servant seemed to get the best and most good reviews on Angie's list. I called and left a message. Lou called back within 10 minutes. We set an appointment for Monday at 2PM. We got a call on Monday that he could be here earlier. He showed up and I explained the problem. He knew exactly what was needed and gave me a quote. I gave him the go ahead. He was done in a couple of hours. The bathroom was spotless when he was done. We got a call the next day to see if the job was OK. No leaks.

I called Servant because the guest bathroom toilet was running constantly, and I could not shut the water off using the shut off valve. Louis promptly returned my call, and promised to have some at my house between 3:30--5:00PM the same day. Walt called me 1/2 hour before his arrival time, which gave me time to leave work and meet him there. We arrived at the same time, and I showed him the toilet, and told him the symptoms. He said he knew what problem was, and explained the steps he needed to take to fix it. He shut the water off from the outside ( and showed me how to do this, also). He came in and removed the shut off valve, and showed me why I could no longer shut the water off using the valve in the bathroom. There was no washer, it had completely eroded. He said the most likely, some of the pieces from the washer had gotten into some of the parts inside the tank, which caused the valve to stay open. Walt was very professional and knowledgeable, and this knowledge shows in how quickly he was able to diagnose and repair the problem. He had everything fixed and the water back on in about 15 minutes. I've had other plumbers over to fix similar issues in the past, and I realize now how quickly and efficiently a job CAN be done. This is a definite plus for those of us with busy lives.

We had our bathroom remodeled. On taking out the original tub an shower several problems from the original builder required repairs/modifications. The hot and cold water lines for the whirlpool tub were reversed somewhere in the attic and Servant Plumbing corrected this for us at no additional charge. We have used Servant plumbing in the past and will use them again. They are always very courteous and arrive timely. Very professional to work with.

Louie came and estimated for the job and Walter came to relocate the pipes for our new sinks, and he did an excellent job. I hired them before for our two bathroom and laundry room remodeling as well a few years ago. Louie and his guys are very nice and honest people who truly care for people and their professional work. They are the best! I only will hire them for the future work as well.

My mother was dying and I was bringing her home from the hospital so she could be home with her family. I discovered a kitchen leak when there was water leaking out of my floorboards and they found another leak at my water main all that same day! When I called them and I explained that my mother was so sick and that I would appreciate if they could come at earliest convenience. They came that day and fixed everything. They were so sweet and caring. They had to come back to do a little more work on the water main and they did, the very next day. They told me "we care about our customers"and, clearly, they do! Thank-you Servant Plumbing.

I called with an absolute emergency. I had water pouring out of my toilet. I needed help now, not this afternoon. Servant Plumbing said no problem we can have someone out there in under an hour. Walt got here and said don't worry; no problem. He got right to work and diagnosed the problem and said it was a blockage in the mainline. He immediately got his equipment and got to work. In under 30 minutes he had it fixed and told me what caused it. He then checked the toilet again just to be sure. He also very kindly checked the toilet where I tried to the turn the water off and was afraid I had broken it. He made sure everything was good and was functioning properly. The price he quoted me at the start was accurate and very reasonable, esp. for an emergency call. Walt was great. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He immediately put me at ease. I will always use them for any plumbing problem I have. I am already making a list of items I need fixed that I have been putting off.

Josh came the same day that I called the business and talked to Louie the owner. I told them it was not an emergency but he stated that he prefers to get the work done promptly the same day. Josh replaced the hoses with high quality hoses, checked for leaks with the water on and wash machine running and did not leave until everything checked out. Josh was polite, thorough, efficient and very good to work with. Louie called just after 5 pm the day the work was done to make sure that everything was done and completed to our satisfaction. This type of personal service and response is what determines that we will use them again is necessary in the future. Both my wife and I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Walt was without a doubt a person who has what it takes to do a great job even if in one of its most unpleasant aspects.. He was persistent and successful in removing all debris from the drain. I very much appreciate his professionalism--he clearly knows what his job entails and how to do it well. I would not hesitate to call upon him again. I have no reservations in recommending him to others for his plumbing expertise.

The job was done in stages. First the lines were replaced in the crawlspace, and the rest of the house, both floors were completed at a later date, owing to a misunderstanding about the layout of the house. There was a bit of a misunderstanding as Servant Plumbing had underestimated the size of the house, but nevertheless and true to form, they honored the original estimate and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Servant Plumbing workers are polite, very responsive overall, and of an honest breed of professional that is a rare thing these days. I plan to call Louie at Servant Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Josh came to the house within two hours after I called Servant Plumbing (I had told Louie it was not an emergency)) He was professional, pleasant and skilled. I told him I had used Angie's List and he volunteered the discount. He worked quickly and competently. I would definitely recommend both Servant Plumbing and Josh. Thanks to you both.

Absolutely professional and fantastic! Very responsive, They called promptly and scheduled the service for the next morning. He arrived on time, gave a reasonable estimate, performed the work and had us check the work before accepting payment. Absolutely the way it should be done! I have found my plumber.

I had some plumbing back up issues that another plumber had offered to fix by replacing pipes under my slab for $13000. Mr. Puglisi helped to determine that such replacement was not needed and cleaned out the plumbing for $200

The contact person was very courteous, he was also very careful about placing the pipe and digging so he wouldn't mess up my plants. He went above and beyond. They were very timely I was very impressed.
