The service was great. This is the second time I have used this company. They arrive on time, get right to work and completed the job very efficiently. the carpets,look great and the whole house smeels wonderful. They nalso leave a spray bottle of solution for spot cleaning if you need to later. I will continue to use this company. Excellent value.

Estimate over the phone was accurate. Showed up for work when promised. Variety of work performed: one room with wall-to-wall carpeting, 2 sofas, and an oriental rug which they took and brought back. Professional workers, excellent results. No shortcomings.

I called Citrus Fresh and was able to get an appointment for later in the week. The technician showed up on time, cleaned the sofa and chairs, even removing dirt where our dog had walked by the sofa a hundred times, and took our oriental rug for cleaning at the office. Our rug was then delivered back to us when promised, 1 1/2 weeks later, and was in much better shape than when it left. Everyone was courteous, the quality of work was fabulous, and I would recommend using again.

We recently purchased a new home. We plan to replace the carpet, but in the meantime we needed it cleaned. I found Citrus Fresh through Angie's List and gave them a call. The worker showed up on time and did a remarkable job getting the carpet clean. He was able to remove stains that I thought were not possible. The smell was pleasant. For anyone who doesn't enjoy strong odors, know that the odor dissipates fairly quickly. However, we enjoyed it. Citrus Fresh was having a price special and we had three bedrooms, a hallway, and a stairway done for $140. I would definitely use them again.

It was easy to set up appt and get the estimate over the phone. The guys showed up on time and got the job done quickly. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the carpet and the friendliness of the owner and employee who did the work. I was concerned that the citrus smell would be strong and would effect my allergies but the smell was very mild and pleasant. I would use them again with no reservations.

They tried hard but rugs were not clean!!

First, I scheduled the carpet cleaning appointment 2 weeks in advance. I went home from work to meet them at the scheduled time. I called after 30 minutes , no anwser. Kept calling and leaving messages. Finnally they anwsered. She told me that I wasnt on the schedule - anywhere past or future. After 20 min I convinced her that I had the appointment because I had all the details, person name I spoke with to make the appointment, square footage, time to dry, etc... She finnaly said "oh " I have you on the schedule for December. She says that she can have the carpet tech at my house at 3pm, I said ok and went back to work. As I pull into work, the carpet tech guy calls and says that he is in my driveway. I go back home let him in and he proceeds to clean the carpet. The absolute worst carpet cleaning I have ever had. The smell was great , the cleaning awful. And my carpet wasnt very dirty . Just foot traffic and one spill spot. Both were still there when he finished. I asked them about it and his reply was that they really cant get spots out because they are a "dry" carpet cleanings system. I didnt have it in me to continue with the all day game I had played with them. I paid him and he left. Never again!

Our upstairs carpet, especially in the large hallway, has been dingy and had multiple ripples in it for years. We finally decided to do something about it. We found Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaners online, called them, and in less than a week, they came out and stretched and cleaned our carpet. Lamar was extremely professional and explained what he thought he would need to do to properly stretch the carpet. When he finished, we were extremely pleased with the result. Our carpet upstairs looks almost like new (and we think it's 15-20 years old)! Great job!

The two cotton chairs looked great after the cleaning. Two other chairs, not cotton, maybe a polyester or rayon based fabric, looked okay directly after, but within days of the cleaning looked grubby again. I wonder if the mild citrus cleaner is not a good match for this fabric. Too bad, because otherwise I would use the company again as I like the idea of non-toxic cleaners. The technician was very helpful.

This company was on time and got to work immediately. They cleaned my bedroom floor and my couch and chair in the living room. I had a cat that peed on my couch and they tried to remove the smell as best as they could. For $25.00 extra, the owner took my cushions back to his warehouse for a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, later on my cat peed on the couch again, but the owner gets points for being so willing to help. Although the owner of the company was nice, he wanted to repeatedly reprimand me to "get my animals under control". He may have been right, but, I was not paying him to give me a lecture on my animals, I was paying him to clean my carpet and upholstery. Overall....I give them a good rating and may even use them again some day.

We are so pleased with the carpet cleaning and chair cleaning that Citrus Fresh had done. We are a retired couple in our 80's and unfortunately have many spills and accidents that happen in our apartment. We could not be more happy with how clean they got our carpets. We were quite surprise in how well their type of cleaning did, we have always used a steam cleaning process and had to deal with the carpets staying wet for a long time. Like Mary said on the phone when I called, the carpets were dry in just a few hours! We also had our 2 chairs cleaned which now look brand new! We are very pleased with the service and how nice and professional the serviceman was. We will definitely recommend Citrus Fresh to our friends and family and will use them again.

My wife was embarassed that she was overcharged and so she paid both bills. She then broke the news to me. I called Greg and Mary Broome to express my concern about how we had gone from a $95 job to a $1,000 job. They were very short with me and acted indignant. They did not want to discuss the matter but they did agree to talk about it and call me back. To this day, they never called me back. We were definitely overcharged for the work performed. Using my home carpet cleaner, I did a much better job than the Citrus Fresh employees. They did not clean the carpet along the edge of the walls or at the entrance thresholds. We were very disappointed in their work but my wife was too embarassed to dispute their invoice.

The area rug came out very well, although a shadow of a yellowish discoloration that was there initially (and had disappeared in the cleaning), seemingly reappeared about a week later. I could only see it at certain times of the day, and it seemed to be visible only in a certain light. I sprayed it with a chemical aerosol cleaner and it seemed to make a difference. But, basically, the rug looked almost brand new when I first laid it out. I thought that cleaning the area rug, at close to $150 was a bit high, but, as I said, I like the method they described for it and since the dirt in it was not mine, I elected to pay a little more for my peace of mind. The wall to wall carpet cleaning came out pretty well. There was a large 'unknown' stain in the guest room, (I suspect it was soda or juice spilled by my niece or nephew) which was totally gone. I didn't feel the stair edges were cleaned very well, as they seemed a bit darker (berber carpeting) and I mentioned this to the cleaner. He told me he washed all of the stair areas as thoroughly as possible, by hand and that I should wait for it to dry completely before judging it. If I still had a problem by the next day, I could call Mary and she'd arrange for him to come out again to give it another shot. Since we were closing on that place a couple days later I did not revisit it to see how it came out but the new owners did mention the house smelled very fresh and clean and everything looked great, when they did their preclosing walkthru. So, I'd say that is a very good result! Three rooms, a hallway and a stairway came in at just under $150 which I thought was very fair. The owners are congenial, helpful and flexible and really a pleasure to deal with. I would use this company again and recommend them to my friends.

The technician was prompt, professional and friendly. He cleaned the carpets well, portions of which were very dirty! Will definitely hire Citrus Fresh again.

The technician arrived at the exact timne of the appointment. I was told it would take about 45 minutes to clean the chair and that is the time it took. Very efficient, neat and courteous. Since he was met at the door by a very large shepherd, he was not at all bothered by him. We exchanged dog stories while he was preparing the chair for cleaning. I would definitely use this company again.

Greg and Mary Broome, the owners, arrived at our condo on time. They were very friendly and went through everything they were going to do as far as the process. They worked for two hours which is how long they told me it would take. They put foam pieces under furniture to protect the carpet until it was fully dry. All in all a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Citrus Fresh Cleaning. A bonus: the house smelled citrus-y fresh when they were done!

I pointed out the areas I wanted him to concentrate on. He paid special attention to them. He removed all the dirt marks and eliminated the dark area where a rug had been laid over the carpeting. I was amazed that all these black marks and dark area were cleaned. Before the cleaning each step had a black mark from someone dragging a piece of furniture down the stairs. All the marks on the steps were clean. The carpet looked like it was brand new. There wasn't a spot anywhere. All this only took an hour and a half. Mary Broome, the owner, offered me the $99 special as we were Angie's List members. Plus, the stiars were $5 (for the first flight to the second floor) and $10 (for the set with the landing to the third floor). All for $114. We were happy withj t very pleased with the result.it all. Lamar was very professional and courteous, an excellent worker.

Called Citrus Fresh on a recommendation and checking on Angie's List. I had 1 room that was in bad shape and 2 others that just needed cleaning. Mary said they could be at my house at 9:30 this morning. Greg was there on time ready to clean. I was amazed at the result. The room that was a mess came very clean. I was going to spend $1000 to replace the carpet, now I don't need to. No way did I think that this carpet would ever come clean. The other 2 rooms looked like new carpet. House smells great.

We had them clean the carpets of 3 rooms in our new home. There were some very significant pet stains on 2 of the carpets. When he was done, not only did the house smell amazing, but the stains were COMPLETELY gone! We were thoroughly impressed with the whole process. The fact that they don't use harsh chemicals, only makes it more impressive to us.We have just booked them to clean the carpets of our former home as well. Thank you!

They came on time and delivered the carpets back in a timely manner. The carpets were beautifully clean and smelled frresh. The price was very reasonable.
