Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning

Citrus Fresh completed the work on my master bathroom shower today. It looks brand new. The grout had deteriorated and mold came back within 2 days of cleaning it. Greg painstakingly scraped and refilled the grout until it looked like new. I am very impressed by his attention to detail. He is one of the hardest working business owners I have ever seen. He is pleasant, respectful and just top flight. I would highly recommend him and Citrus Fresh.

He came out on time, and he did a good job. He used a chemical cleaner which was different than what I was used to. The carpet was dry within an hour and half. It was a lot better then the steamer carpet cleaners. I would recommend him to others.

Citrus Fresh did a fabulous job with my carpets - they look brand new. Provider arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Carpet was cleaned using their spray solution. They do not use water as many other services do. My husband was present while they cleaned and stretched the carpeting. Whatever the solution was that they used removed stains and did very good cleaning. The carpet needed a little stretching and they did that although I can see the seam where they stretched the carpet. Carpet look very good after they finished, but the price I thought was a bit high for a one bedroom, one bath condo. They were done in an hour and there was no worry about having the carpet soaked with water. I would recommend them based on our experience.

Great company. Couch and ottoman were spotty and very dirty and they both look good now. Highly recommend.

Very professional. Arrived promptly and completed work in good order. When stains on cushions would not come out, took back to factory for special treatment. No additional charge except for $20 delivery charge.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. They are attentive, punctual, and provide excellent service. I own a rental property and unfortunately had tenants that did not take care of it. I honestly thought the carpet was going to have to be replaced. After a Citrus Fresh carpet cleaning, they look as good as they did 2 years ago. I highly recommend this company!

There were two people who came and did the work. The scent that they used made everything smell brand new. The stairs had some bad stains and they were able to get them out.

The crew at Citrus Fresh was very professional and punctual, and I was very impressed to see the owner coming out to finish the job in the afternoon. Both of the gentlemen who worked on the carpets were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The product used to clean the carpets, which run throughout my home, was very fresh and clean scented, and everything was dry within a few hours. I also love the fact that the product did not contain any harsh chemicals. There were a few stains that completely came out, and the carpets were left feeling and smelling wonderful. I would definitely recommend Citrus Fresh for anyone needing carpet care, especially if you are concerned about chemical solutions around pets and children.

Wonderful- they treated the couch repeatedly due to heavy soiling and it looked like new again afterwards. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and pleasant.

I think they were one of the top listing on Angie's List and they did a great job. They were on time, did what they said they would do and their price was reasonable.

our dog had gotten sick and thrown up multiple times on a 5x7 light-colored carpet. Citrus was able to come look at the rug, give us a fair price, and take the rug away for cleaning within 24 hours of our call. As their location was just a few miles from our home, my husband picked up the rug from them when it was ready a few days later. All the stains were gone and you couldn't even tell where they had been. Very pleased.

They are absolutely awesome. They are a small company but do an awesome job. My sister being so particular about things was so thrilled with their services. Their pricing was a lot lower than the other companies my sister shopped around with and their job was a lot better than a previous company she used that did an ok service and charged more. They charged her less and really took a personal interest. There were spots on her white rug since she has a Jack Russell and they were able to get that off without any problem. The Oriental rug they cleaned for me also was awesome. They came picked it up from place, took it back, cleaned it and brought it back for less than half the price I used to pay at a previous place. They do a great job, they are reliable, on time and I can trust them with whatever carpets I have since they treat it as their own. The carpets come back like better than I had it and almost like when I had just bought it. The people who work for them are easy to deal with and are wonderful. They really take my schedule to heart and work around my busy schedule. They always ask questions like if there is anything else I would want done from them. They really want to please me which they do.

This is a rental - I don't live in the area, and they accepted payment via phone with credit card. Very easy to deal with.

Technician showed up at the appointment time, on the dot. He cleaned the base of the sofa beautifully but had to take the cushions back to the shop because after 2 kids and 4 pets, they were in dire need of a deep cleaning. It took a couple of days for them to be returned, and when they were, Greg was right on time with his delivery. The sofa looks amazing! It has not looked this good in 6 years. I was certain I was going to have to purchase slipcovers for it, but it looks so nice, I don't have to anymore.

Technician arrived just slightly after scheduled time, but we did get a call to let us know he was running about 30 minutes behind. Worked quickly and efficiently, did everything he could for a couple of stains, but was unable to get those out, they were just too stubborn. The technician was very friendly and nice and we got a great price with the Angie's List Member Coupon. Carpets were dry VERY quickly which was great for moving in our stuff afterwards.
