The solution that is standard with this company cleaned all the stains I thought would take extra cleaners. I love the fresh scent of the solution and knowing it is environmentally safe. It has been two weeks since cleaning, and my carpets look just as clean as ever. I will use Citrus Fresh again and again.

Description of Work: I have a rental property with a stairway runner, as well as a long hallway runner. The rugs were filthy from workers tracking dirt in and from the tenant's dog. I had a narrow window of opportunity between tenants to get the carpeting cleaned. The manager worked me into the schedule and the carpets look new and smell fresh. He cleaned the stairway and the hallway runners and left me a bottle of citrus cleaner for spot cleaning the rugs. I will probably use this service at my primary residence as well.

Description of Work: One wool rug and one natural fiber rug cleaned. I didn't realize that the natural fiber rug would carry an odor after cleaning.. this is not the fault of the cleaners; rather the nature of the fibers getting wet. They did a good job and communication was excellent.

Description of Work: Cleaned a 9x6 area rug that had multiple stains on it. Very professional and made arrangements for me to drop it off at their office. Call first as they are out servicing clients frequently, but very responsive to calls and timely. Would not use any other company!

Description of Work: Very nice job and the guy doing the cleaning was very nice and informative as to their cleaning technique!! No hoses or anything pulled thru the house like usual carpet cleaners. We had a short time to get it done due to closing on house and movers arriving, so I was greatly appreciative for them working us in to their schedule to get this done!!!
