+ -1 moreAwesome, awesome, awesome...can't say enough about these guys. They are a clean-cut, well-spoken, animal-friendly husband and wife team that are as professional as they are likeable. And... they actually enjoy working together! Called up on a Saturday morning @ 6:50, thinking I would get a voicemail and was hoping to do a last-minute scheduling for an early appointment that day. What a nice surprise to find such service in this day and age. Gregg, the owner (who is ex-military), answered the phone himself and was at my house with his wife, Mary @ 8:20 am. Very reasonable, timely, detailed and professional. The carpets look and smell wonderful, and my oriental rug has not looked this good in years. I won't be having anyone else do my carpet cleaning from here on out.
Description of Work: Moved small furniture, pretreated and cleaned 3 rooms, hallway, stairs, and 9 x 8 oriented rug.

Our carpets were riddled with pet stains and he removed the stains to the point that they will not reappear in weeks to come! Upon completion, the carpet smelled fresh and did not have a sticky film or wetness to it. I love the product Mr. Broome used on the carpets and I really enjoyed a service that was convenient to my schedule, clean and effortless on my part!! Great product, great service, great company!

+ -1 moreI would highly recommend Citrus Fresh to anyone who wants a professional company that does a thorough job, shows up on time, provides an estimate prior to their arrival, and does what they say they are going to do. My carpets looked terrible prior to Citrus Fresh. Now, they look new and there are no remnants of the prior stains. The added bonus is that your house will smell fresh and natural, not like harsh cleaning chemicals.
Description of Work: I had moved into a townhouse that had stains on the rugs from the previous tenants. The carpets were never professionally cleaned prior to me moving in and I was certain that these stains would not come out. Citrus Fresh came and cleaned the carpets with their non toxic cleaning solution. The carpets looked new, the stains were removed, and the house smelled great. There was no harsh chemical smell that often lingers with other professional cleansing products. They moved furniture and made sure every bit of carpet was thoroughly cleaned.
