Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning

Bobby, a delightful guy, arrived early after a call and set about his work. He found a chewing gum stain and promised it would vanish. It did. He took about 1.5 hrs to complete the work. There was a burn in one spot he could not resolve as well as a few other dark spots that did not come out but the job exceeded my expectations. It took about 3 hrs to dry completely.

They are a company I called from picking them on Angie's list. When I called, they were able to come within two days. The technician was personable and exactly on time. He told me the procedure he would use to clean the carpets ahead of time. He cleaned two stairwells and landing, a large bedroom and walk-in closet. It took a little over an hour. The carpets looked great afterward and the house smelled wonderful.

I called and left a message requesting information about cleaning my carpet. In no time my call was returned and I had the appointment time that I requested. I have had some home improvements made throughout the house and am having family in from out of town over Mother's Day. All of the work that had been done was not complete without cleaning the carpet. I had really bad stains on the carpet. One was where there had been blood on the floor and I had tried to get it up. My attempts made the stain even worse. What was really bad was that two months ago I had had my carpet cleaned by Moen Chem Dry. It was part of a Groupon Deal and I even paid extra for some type of stain resistant treatment. Within two weeks there were spots on the floor and they would not come up. I was a real sucker purchasing extra stain protection...what a rip off. I really didn't know what to expect today with Citrus Fresh but when I got home from work, I found carpet that looked brand new. I was so surprised and so very pleased. It looks beautiful. Would I use them again?.....No one else will ever touch my carpet. The didn't try to sell any add-ons or anything else. They came in and did a wonderful job. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful service! They were extremely responsive to my call. They were able to come to my home within 2 days of my initial phone call. They were running a bit late, but called me ahead of time to let me know they would be arriving late and continued to apologize for their lateness throughout their visit. Our carpets and sectional look fantastic -- we will be calling them again.

They did a great job. He dropped it off and they had it finished in a week. It looks clean and fresh.

They were very professional and charged exactly what they said it would cost. They told me upfront that the spit in the carpet would not be 100% restored because there were missing fibers. They stretched the carpet and repaired the split as best they could. It looked 90% better when they were done. We were very pleased with the job. The carpet looked and smelled great after the cleaning.

They called soon after I called them and gave me an estimate. They came on time and carefully removed the carpet. Very professional. I did not have to wait long before the carpets were ready. BUT I was going out of town. No problem. They just said to call when I get back so that they could deliver. The carpets were delivered and I just couldn't believe how beautiful they turned out! ( I forgot just how colorful the carpets were!) lol!

I am very VERY pleased with the results! I cannot believe how great the carpets turned out! I thought for sure I would have to replace the carpet, but the cleaning was so thorough I can probably go a couple more years! It was so much better than just steam cleaning, I could actually see the pet hair coming out of the carpet as he cleaned. And he did the stairs by hand. I will DEFINITELY use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Reasonable priced worked hard and did everything promised - amazing there was so much black lab have after i had vacuumed.

They came on time as they were supposed to. They did the job in two hours as they had anticipated. It was a fair price. They were professional and they called to confirm. I didn't have any complaints. I will use them again.

I have used Stanley Steemer for the last 15 years in Charlotte and in Charleston. Since they had a minimum, regardless of what I needed cleaned, I looked around at my other options. In using Citrus Fresh, I have found a new carpet cleaning provider. I will call them again for any carpet cleaning needs.

Greg came out and cleaned our carpets, cleaned our couch, two armchairs, and two ottomans, and cleaned two area rugs (one very large, the other a typical 5x7-ish). I had a long conversation with Mary before they came out, and she was very helpful, going above and beyond to try to help me get the best price. Our home has an open floor plan, and we've had people try to charge us for cleaning three rooms previously...Citrus Fresh was running a special for three rooms plus a hallway, but Mary only charged us for two rooms (less than the special's price) and suggested we take advantage of a 15% off special on upholstery cleaning instead since we were doing so much of that. Both of these people were professional, kind, and responsible, and they did a great job on our carpets...we have three children 5 and under and two dogs living on a light-colored carpet, and there were a couple of places Greg had to go over four or more times to get the spots completely out, but he did everything possible, with the result that the spots are ALL gone and this 17-year-old carpet looks terrific. The price they quoted on the phone was the price we paid. We would highly recommend this company.

He did a really good job! The system he uses actually pulls out so much stuff that we were amazed. This was one of the better carpet services we've ever used! The whole house smelled like oranges when he was through! He was very friendly and right on time!

Overall, it was a service from beginning to end. Provider was not in a hurry, took his time and made sure that he did a quality job.Price was very reasonable and even left us with free samples for spot cleaning.

After finding them on Angie's List I called and left a message. It was Saturday so I didn't expect a call back but they called me that same day and we scheduled an appointment for the following Friday. They called on Thursday to confirm and then again on Friday. My appointment was for 3:30 but t hey called about 2 and asked if they could come early. I liked that they didn't just assume it was OK. They came they did a beautiful job and they left.

Overall , everything is looking clean and I can use my room freely. Citrus Fresh is a good company to do business with.

They were wonderful, and it worked out perfectly. The carpet dried very fast. They made sure the baseboards were clean, and it also had a pleasant smell.

Greg did all of the lifting and moving and put everything back into place as he worked. He used carpet slides to protect the carpet and put bootie under the legs to protect them from moisture. The job was done in less than 1.5 hours and was company ready two hours later. The cleaning solution that he uses leaves a pleasant scent of oranges in the air and is definitely kind to human and cat noses. Altogether, a painless and well done job.

I am super pleased with the outcome of my carpets. The carpets in the townhouse that I purchased were, I thought, destroyed. Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning came in and gave at least a few more years to the carpet before I have to replace. That have a great process that smells good and your able to walk on your carpets in less than 2 hours. His process is much more gentle on your carpets. I will say some of the stains that i thought were gone did reappear once the carpets dried, but overall, Mr.Broome did an amazing job. I was floored when I saw how nice they turned out.

They had to charge me an extra $120 bucks to get the job done but it was worth it. I highly recommend this company.

I initially called Citrus Fresh because they offered an "environmentally friendly" carpet cleaning service/product. Mary, one of the owners, gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled the appointment. She was very professional and courteous. Greg, the other owner, came to my home exactly at the scheduled appointment time and performed the cleaning. He was also very professional and courteous. I had some concerns that the citrus based cleaning product would not clean some of the stains on my off-white carpet, but I was extremely pleased with the results. The carpets look almost like new. The day after Greg cleaned the carpets, I had neighbors to my home and one of the women's black soled tennis shoes left terrible black marks on one of my newly cleaned carpets. The next day I called Citrus Fresh and told them the problem. Greg came out that afternoon and cleaned the spot for no additional charge. I would highly recommend Citrus Fresh. Their work was excellent, the house smelled nice when they were finished, the carpets dried quickly and the cost was very reasonable. And, Greg went above and beyond to come back to my house and clean the black spot at no additional charge.

Completely satisfied. I will use again and would highly recommend to others. I particularly liked the fast dry time.
