They were very quick to come out, cleaned things up, took lots of pictures for the insurance company, and kept us informed of what was going on.

They were slow and never got around to doing what needed to be done quite right so I wouldn't use them again. The price was high. They tried to scum me because they shouldn't have charged for things they didn't do but the insurance company paid them anyway.

Boss Disaster Restoration , came in and assess the damage . Very good explanation on what needed to be done, lenght of time it would take to dry up and restore the damaged areas, monitored and kept me abreast on the progress of the work.

Do call BOSS if you ever have any water or fire damage. Even if you think the damage isn't as bad as you think, call BOSS to make sure. They will offer professional advice and can refer other contractors for your specific needs.

Arrived promptly- technicians polite but apparently notcompletely thorough.  Have mold problem in areas treated by them- another provider and insurance company now dealing with that mess. The owner - Nick is an overbearing, obnoxious horse's butt. Had his lawyer file a small claims judgement against me for 396.00 they claimed insurance company had short paid. Why they did not contact insurance company about this as instructed twice (in emails) is beyond me AND my Ins. company. In reality they'd not submitted correct invoice to insurance company and somehow I became responsible for their accounts receivables.  Insurance company paid once they received but not in time to prevent my unnecessary trip to court- where I was informed case had been dropped.
What  a group of clowns. Needless to say, I can't legally say enough bad things about the Nick and his company. My insurance company, who was livid about Boss' treatment of their customer, has removed them from the approved vendor list.
Shame of it is- the technicians were so nice.

It is my opionion that this company is overcharging insurance companies and they should be investigated.
