 + -1 moreOur existing water irrigation system needed to be updated after we added a new driveway in our home; some sprinkler heads needed to be re routed, some capped or canceled and other water lines needed to be created. I came across with Miguel who is the owner of Perez Landscape and Hardscape , he came and assessed my irrigation project, he listened to what I needed done and I immediately felt comfortable with him and could feel his honesty and drive to make things done right. Miguel started and finished the job to completion and to my satisfaction . I had the pleasure to meet Miguel's wife and small children a couple times who would occasionally stop by , I could tell Miguel was not only professional but seeing his family bring lunch to him while he was working put a smile on my face. Miguel's irrigation work is commendable , he followed up and came back to check the area and adjust a few things. I highly recommend this small business

 + 1 moreThe work was excellent. The patio is a work of art and Mr. Perez was very responsive to our wishes and accommodated changes very graciously. He really cared about our satisfaction and followed up with instructions and advice.

Miguel salvaged my old system, repaired lines, installed new valves and sprinkler heads, added two new zones and installed a smart irrigation controller for a very reasonable price!
