Keith was prompt with coming over for a walk through and quote. From there he followed up to get us scheduled and on his calendar. His workers showed up on time and did an excellent job! Our floors look great and we could not be happier with the overall experience.

Everything went smooth we set up a delivery date and the install was the following week 790 SQ FT was installed in less than seven hours and it looked great.

It was wonderful! The floors are beautiful! The team showed up when they said they would: from the day when OJ gave me the initial quote until the work was completed. They answered my phone calls and emails promptly. They were careful and respectful with my belongings. They didn't leave behind a mess. I felt comfortable leaving them in my home when I had to work or do errands.

It could not have gone any better! The installers were very prompt and started the process immediately. They were very professional and exact in the installation. The room was restored to the original placement of the furniture after the cleaning of the work area. We are very pleased with the workmanship and can't say enough good things about this Company. Keith and OJ were great to work with. Very professional and prompt. I highly recommend them especially over the big box stores. They installed luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout our entire first floor. It looks fantastic!!! I rarely ever write reviews but I had to for this one!! The most professional crew I have ever seen in my life.The guys were very punctual. Every day they left the job site very clean and picked up all leftover materials. Highly recommend and will hire again.

The owner Keith came to my apartment to measure and show samples. He gave me an accurate quote that was within $100 of the final price. The guys that put the floors down were on time and finished when they said they would. I would use Diamond floors again.

Keith and crew removed existing carpet and installed laminated flooring in my Master Bed room. Installation crew was prompt, clean, and professional during the installation. The installation crew communication and customer service was the best I have been associated with in over 20 years in the home improvement market. Keith and crew installed engineered Oak hardwood in family room and laminate in small bedroom for first job. Second job they installed same hardwood in master bedroom. Both times job done well with crew being prompt, clean, and professional. The hardwood in main part of house has now been in the home a year and withstood my many pets. Its obvious I would hire them again, since I called them back to install more hardwood in master. The second installation looks seamless against last years install. Keith was great at helping to determine what I needed and my options.

I cannot say enough good things about Diamond Flooring and Keith. This was a top-notch job in every respect and they are a pleasure to work with. Time was of the essence and they delivered on time even with additional work added after the bids. This was accomplished with an experienced crew, high-end equipment, and long hours every day. One of the floors was damaged severely by amateur refinishing and it is smooth as glass now. The floors are beautiful!

Great! Diamond Floors was very professional. The workers arrived on time and worked earnestly all day long with only a 30 minute lunch break. The workers were awesome being both courteous, respectful, and congenial. They performed quality work and were very neat. They put felt pads on all my furniture so it could slide easily over the new flooring.

The work couldn't have gone more smoothly. Keith visited to talk about our request, provided some excellent advice and we received a detailed estimate within 24 hours. The work was done absolutely on time and a fabulous bamboo floor and stairs were installed. The workers left our home spotless, no mess at all and the installation was outstanding. Diamond Flooring did a fantastic job not only recommending the floors that matched our stair treads, but the installation and floors look absolutely beautiful. They showed up on time and worked all day to ensure the job was completed within the time promised.

The process went very well. I worked with Keith at Diamond Floors and he was very responsive and helpful during my vetting and decision process. After choosing his company, we set up a date for the tear down and installation. It so happened that another one of his customers had to move their date out so they worked with me to squeeze my installation for earlier. They had 2-4 people onsite at all times working through the process and cleaned up after each day. When all was said and done, the flooring and trim work looked great and the price, even with the surprise subfloor issues, came out to be very reasonable.

They did an an extraordinary job, putting in more time than required and using more materials than normal. If I had it to do again I would hire them again. As a matter of fact I did. About 3 years ago I hired them to put down a new floor in another part of the house. They did such a good job I went back to them when the floors in the other part of the house needed refinishing.

The job went great. They arrived on time and started right away and by 1230 they were done. This is the second install with Diamond Floors and we had excellent experiences on both occasions. Very professional, the quality of work done is excellent from start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone needing floors.

The quote process was well explained and all in writing. The measuring was perfect. The install was as claimed or better!!! Note: beware there are three ways to get taken in the wood floor process. Over quoting via add ons, over measuring so you buy too much product and cheap or poor labor. This is a family of proud and honest people. They taught me how to get a GREAT wood floor at a fair price and GREAT INSTALLATION.

Keith and his team did an excellent job. They quoted a very fair rate, were always prompt, and most importantly did an excellent job! Our floors look better now than when we moved in 12 years ago. We look forward to having Keith back to refinish our bedroom and bathroom. We'll definitely be calling Diamond Floors of South Carolina later this year to replace our upstairs carpets with new hard-woods. The bottom line is we sincerely trust Keith, his attention to detail, reliability and honesty.
