Description of Work: I'm half way into my year of 4 outdoor treatments for pest control. The first visit was the most effective of the two, because they treated my garage which bugs crawl under the garage door and get in. I was not here for the second visit and my garage was not accessible. I will be here for the third visit and hope that the pest control expert will treat like the first visit. The gentleman, Ron, who sets up the appt. is very nice and works with me on setting up convenient times for treatments.

Description of Work: Coastal Termite installed termite monitoring stations around my home. The tech arrived on time and the work was completed quickly. I now have a guarantee that any infestation will be treated and any damage will be repaired. This is a transferable termite bond, so if I ever decide to sell my home it will be more valuable to the buyer. The $349.00 was a 50% off Angie's List special. I had a quote from another company. It was for $1000.00 and they were going to dig a trench around the foundation and pour toxic chemicals into it. I would no longer be able to eat the vegetables I grow in the garden next to the house. And, they would not cover my porch against termite damage. The annual inspection fee is a little lower than Coastal Termite's monitoring fee. But with the lower initial fee, plus not having toxic poured into the soil, plus having my entire home covered, plus not having to replant my shrubs, it's well worth the investment.
