They pressure washed a 30 yr. old house and it looks like new ( it had NEVER been done) and a very long driveway we thought was black asphalt & turned out to be white pavement! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.FANTASTIC JOB, VERY COMPETIVELY PRICED. EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. 5 STARS!!!!

Very courteous and professional. Worth every penny. Their low pressure method was amazingly effective. Gutters are spotless which others could not do. And.. now I do not have to paint - the trim looks new !

I live in half of a duplex and wanted my side to be as clean as my neighbor's since she recently pressure washed her side. I expected both sides to be comparable in cleanliness following my house washing, however, the difference in how much cleaner mine looks is quite startling. I now see that her pressure washing job left much to be desired. I would recommend this method of house washing to anyone!

Great job washing my house, driveway and sidewalk. Fast, and on time.

"TOTALLY AWESOME" job!! Thought my house wasn't too dirty until Mr. Sutton cleaned it! Amazing difference. He paid great attention to detail, and was careful not to harm plants and shrubs. He even took extra time to remove some paint that had been smeared on a window frame, and that was not in our agreement for him to do. Mr. Sutton is a pleasure to work with, and I will be calling him back in the Spring.

I was pleased with the customer service of this company. He was timely, easy to reach and flexible. The house and playhouse look so good now. His estimate was a little higher than the others but since he was so professional, it was worth it.

Excellent work and excellent value for the price charged! He was $30 higher than another estimate I had but he washed all the gutters by hand and also brushed places that were extra dirty on the siding. Very concientous about his work. I had a small utility building in back yard that was built at the same time house was and covered in vinyl siding. The gutters had black streaks all over them from the trees and the siding as well was dirty and covered in black tree sap. The building was not negotiated in the price but he cleaned it anyway at NO EXTRA CHARGE. If you are planning on cleaning your vinyl sididng then this is the company to use.

.Most of the time very good cleaning...hand scrubbed floors..sometimes needs reminded to do little things. Still the best I've had to clean my house.

We hired inside cleaning services through Palmetto and were very pleased. Kim Douglas did a fabulous job cleaning our little house. She was timely and thorough and was able to make an older house look like new. We recommend her highly!

Did a excellant job washing the house and the screened in porch. I did not realize just how much pollen was on the house and the screens. House looks great and the house is 15 years old.
