Called yesterday and talked with Kimberly. She said that Blake was out with a customer and would call me a little later. Blake did call a short time later. Told him of my sprinkler situation and he said he had a number of calls to make before he could get by. He called again around 4:30 pm and said he had one more place to stop, but he could come by in about an hour. Told him that was fine and I would be home. Upon arriving home in about 45 minutes, Blake was already there checking my sprinkler valves were, the problem seem to be. He had to replace the two valves. The price he quoted was very reasonable. I figured he would have to come back another day since it was already about 6 pm. He said that he would replace the valves while he was there. He had to do more digging around the valve box to install the new valves. Not only did he replace the valves, he also added a shut-off valve which I really needed. He then adjusted my sprinkler heads, which really needed it. He finished in about an hour, and did a great job. I am sure he had to some extra work he hadn't originally planed on, but he did not change the quoted price. I was well pleased and will definitely use him again if needed. He also said that the work was guaranteed and to call him if there was any problem. I really appreciated him taking the time on Memorial Day and doing the job while he was there, I couldn't thank him enough since I had had the problem for over a week and was really frustrated. I was fearful this was going to be a poor experience when for the third time they no showed, but apparently vehicle problems prevented their third arrival. They contacted me next day, came and fixed by irrigation problem straight away. They explained, apologized, and I feel I have found my new yard & irrigation service vendors. Couldn't ask for nicer folks, who are persistent until they solve or fix.
