We were given an estimate and a date. The work was done on time as promised. After they left we found one down spout strap (that holds it to the house) was left unattached. We didn't bother to call them about that. One of the collection pans (inside corner) is much too small for the amount of rain that travels down that part of the roof meaning it overflows each time it rains, causing water buildup on the deck and erosion on the ground underneath. But what we found most annoying was that after a couple of years one of the downspouts fell apart (the one attached to the too-small collection pan). I called several times asking them to come out and repair the down spout. I was given one excuse after another: the weather was bad; they were backed up with other work; they had lost my previous messages, etc. I finally wrote them a letter and got no response at all. Had they responded and fixed the down spout I would have given them all high marks, but it was apparent although they were glad to get the original job, they had no interest in repairing it after.
