The response was prompt. Mark contacted me that he could arrive earlier than originally scheduled and was on time and efficient. I will use them when I need to have things steam cleaned.

I had read the reviews of Mark and Oceanside and thought that this is too good to be true. Boy was I wrong. If I could give them six stars I would. They immediately contacted me and set up the appointment. They followed up to confirm that they were coming and even called as they were on their way. Our couch was a mess courtesy of our spoiled rotten dog who sleeps on it and we thought we were going to have to either have the couch recovered or buy a new one. We figured we would try Oceanside as a last resort. What a great decision! The couch looks almost like new-- the dirt and soil is completely gone and we could not be happier. And while Mark was here he touched up a chair and didn't even charge us. His price was incredibly fair and he was a delight to work with. So I would give Mark and Oceanside my absolute highest rating and we certainly intend to use them again for all of our upholstery and rug cleaning and, frankly, any other services they offer.
