The guys that came out were very courteous, they didn't keep me informed with the process but they did a very good job. They respected my property, they were very clean with their work and they were very professional. I would recommend this company, there was no spots left behind and overall I was pleased. I would recommend this company they did a good job with steaming my carpet. I'm not sure exactly what type of equipment that they used just regular steaming equipment. When they finished they did a spot check and they asked me if there was anything else. They were a very good company with very nice people.

They showed up on time and got right to work. They used a chemical to clean the carpets and didn t make any messes anywhere for us to clean up. The rooms looked great when they were finished. I couldn t recall the amount they charged for the cleaning.

The price for the cleaning service is higher than most companies, but I think it is worth it because they do an exceptionally great job every time. Because Ron Jr. always does a thorough job, we always request him to provide the service, even though it usually takes 2 weeks to get an appointment. The carpet takes about half a day to dry completely. Their cleaning product leaves our carpet looking bright and brand new looking.

We only used Ron's once and feel they did an excellent job. They worked for a few hours and pulled all the stains up except for one which I didn't think they could have anyway. The carpet dried in a few hours.

We employed Ron's for a few months and the job he did was not the best. There were spots missed and he did not seem to spend much time on it. The deciding factor in our letting him go was the fact that he was dumping the dirty water with all the cleaning chemicals on our grass. This killed certain areas of our lawn and we have not hired him since.

They did an excellent job. They got all the spots I wanted them to get and they did a good job with the high traffic areas. The company was punctual and they even called 15 minutes before they arrived to make sure we would be home. It took them roughly an hour to do the three rooms. I would recommend these cleaners to family or a friend; they have reasonable prices.

They got rid of all the stains; they did a good job of cleaning the den. I'm not sure how quickly the carpet dried but I was out for a little while and it was dried by the time I got back. The workers who came by were very courteous.
