Charlie and his men did a great job. It was a small project but they treated it with as much respect as they would a big one. We plan to have him back to do other projects in the future.

It went well! We are extremely happy with the extra usable space in our home. Charlie's guys were always courteous, showed up on time, did their work and always left the work area neat and tidy with trash picked up at the end of each work day. Felt comfortable leaving them in the home to work if we weren't here.

Great from start to finish. Charlie is a busy guy and does a lot of pro bono work for the poor, along with saving and housing stray animals. You couldn't ask for a more honorable person to do your carpentry, or as I did in the past, my roof.

After discussing project with Charlie, we received a proposal in about a week. The time estimate was about 4 weeks from start to finish. After discussing with Charlie what we expected, it was was agreed to proceed with completion date to be mid-May. Charlie and his crew were scheduled to arrive Monday after Easter. Unfortunately, our hot water heater failed Friday night before Easter. I arranged with Charlie to pick up and install a new one on Monday after Easter. His response and cost was excellent. We were off to a roaring start. The demolition crew got in full swing on Tuesday. It had been agreed that the entire floor and sub-floor would be removed with the structure being reinforced to prevent any possible problems with the large and heavy flagstone tile that we had selected for the floor. Unfortunately, the builder of the house had placed about 3 inches of self leveling concrete under the existing tile. So out came the jackhammer. The crew worked hard and efficiently and in less than 2 days the bathroom was stripped completely except for two vertical cabinets which we had planned to rework and the ceiling. Floor was reinforced, new plumbing and electrical was installed and area for new shower was built as well as closing off existing shower and cutting new doorway into laundry room. At Charlie's suggestion we chose to have a membrane/cement system installed for the shower to prevent any possible leaks especially in the shower seat area. All of the tile for shower and floor was Italian Flagstone with glass tile vertical accent stripe in shower and glass tile backsplash for the granite vanity tops. This was a pretty difficult tile job. The shower included on/off/temperature control and a selector valve for the shower head, handheld, and body sprays in any combination. The overall result and quality was very good, attention to detail on trim and paint was also very good. The project was completed in a little over 5 weeks. I had discussed with Charlie the need to be finished by a certain date in May and he made it happen. Charlie and his crew were excellent to work with and we got along very well. My wife and I have done multiple renovation projects on homes in various parts of the country, so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and what could go wrong. I would have a very hard time imagining anyone better to work with on a project in my home (and of course, giving my hard earned money to) than Charlie and his crew. I only gave them a B on professionalism because I am not sure what that means for Greenville and I could not give a B+.

Although I thought the price was a little high it was right in line with other quotes I had received.If you have a problem all you do is call Charlie and it gets attention very quickly, Does an A+ job. All workers are very polite and stay busy,

.The project took four weeks to finish. The crew was very professional and took care to protect other floors in our home while they worked our bathroom.

Charlies company showed up on time as promised. They removed the old roof in sections as to not leave the roof exposed to the elements. As they tore off the old, they made any repairs necessary before starting with the new shingles. The job was executed very professionally and cleanup was excellent. This is the first time since we have lived in this house that we had a roof installed the right way. We didn't realize that the work we had done in the past was so bad until we had this roof put on by Charlie and company. Excellent job and I plan on using his company in the near future for remodeling.

From my point of view, it went very smoothly, but the team ran into some unexpected problems. In spite of that, the price remained reasonable. I am living in the house, and to avoid having to turn all the water off every day, they added turn-off valves to every water source and the other toilet. AT NO CHARGE TO ME! When the tile came out of the old shower stall, the walls were covered with mold. They bleached it and put some other mold killing stuff on it and then Kills. I think a lot of contractors would have just covered it with new tile and left it. They are nice people, treat me with respect, and I enjoy the relationship I have with them. I have referred them to others in the neighborhood and will be using them for my next project - a master suite renovation.

Precision Carpentry's work was on time and we have had no problems with any of it. When the workers came, they stayed with the work all day and never left us without water at night. Because we were so happy with their work ethic and quality we had them back in Oct., 2010 and in the April, 2011 when we redid both bathrooms in the house.

Charlie’s crew stayed on top of the project and performed the work in a neat, professional manner. We are very pleased with the final product.

I enjoyed the experience of working with Charlie and his crew. Everyone was cordial, polite, and neat in their workmanship and cleanup. I was very pleased with the final result of the project. However, the remodeling took more than twice as long to complete as quoted. It wasn't a problem because I had allowed plenty of time realizing that this might happen.

Charlie gave a good estimate and followed through with the work. They arrived on time and completed the project on time. He was also responsive to changes we made as the project progressed.

Like most successful contractors, Charles' team works fast to remain competitive. Work with them and inspect frequently to ensure that the quality meets your expectations.

Charlie and his guys did a great job for a fair price. I am in the industry (commerical construction) and deal with contractors daily. I am very happy with their service and will call them again for my next home project.

Charlie made helpful suggestions when proposing the job with us, based on his previous experience. This was very helpful. Work was done as proposed, with additional repairs made by contractor as he found them. Very high quality work. The workmen were all friendly and good at their work. In the process of the job, Charlie replaced damaged water lines in the crawl space with higher quality materials, and added better lines and shut-offs in the laundry room. We got a good product for the price.

Charlie inspected the damage and provided an estimate that I thought was very fair.He scheduled time to do the work,was efficent and within budget and fixed the problem in a few hours.He is an honest,honerable man that I would recommend to anyone.

Needed a new roof badly. I have known Charlie for approximately 7 years, and when I needed a new roof, he gave me the best quality for the dollar. His work crew was efficient. They did the work on time, and cleaned up all the debris. I would highly recommend him for roofing. I also have other friends he has done interior carpentry for and they all agree he is the best.

contractor did not show for scheduled appointments, and did not call with an explanation why.

Charlie and his team were a delight to work with from the time that he came to do the initial estimate till the date of completion of the work. He has many years of experience and it is very evident in the ideas he puts forward and the end result of the renovation. As a novice at bathroom renovation, it was great to have an expert to rely on to help steer me in the right direction in terms of design. He has made many good suggestions along the way, but I never felt that I was not involved in the decision making process. He also helped me tremendously by suggesting businesses I could consider for tiles, granite, faucets and the shower door. However, I shopped around and always returned to the businesses he recommended. During my interaction with these businesses it was evident that he is a well respected contractor in their opinion as well. The workers were all very polite and I felt at ease with them in the house. They treated my property with respect and made every effort to ensure my comfort during the renovation. I trusted them to the extent that I could leave the house in their hands whilst I was out of town for 5 days. Charlie managed to plan well and the succession of subcontractors were all well timed, with few "off" days and thus the project was completed within a reasonable time frame. As far as humanly possible, the premises were kept tidy and clean and he did a great job of cleaning on completion of the work, Although not stipulated in our contract, he pressure washed the driveway to remove all remaining dust and debris. He is conscious of expenses and at all times tries to be frugal in the materials used. It was good to see men work together in harmony and enjoying each others company. I never heard any foul language being used, instead the air was filled with their encouraging Christian music and their laughter. I have no doubt in my mind that Charlie will provide the necessary after care should anything go wrong, but I also believe that it will not be necessary to call them back to fix anything. They strive to offer the precision and perfection in their work as far as humanly possible. Charlie faced many challenges with walls that were not straight, which made tiling very time consuming. However, he never complained or expected additional remuneration.

Their work was excellent. They showed up every day on time. Worked steady throughout each day. Most days ate lunch on site. At the end of each day they cleaned up the area before leaving. I found them to be professional and considerate. They stayed on schedule and Charlie kept me informed as to progress, etc. I would most definitely use Precision again and would highly recommend them.

They are doing a fantastic job. They are making sure that everything is just right. They make sure they are not doing a half job and they are doing what needs to be done for a bathroom that needed quite a bit of work. They are doing really good. The pricing has not totally been agreed upon because they had to put flooring down and we didn't know if it needed it or not. They are very, very reasonable. We are very happy so far with their work and we would use them again.

I'm having good interaction with them. They are really good. I like their work and their progress. I like Charlie Dieterich and he puts me in touch with the gutter guys come in by the day. He knows the electrical people, plumbing and carpentry. He is putting in a lot. Their responsiveness is very good.

I had a great experience working with this company. The owner was nice enough to show me what the best options were for my particular situation & why, while also making me aware of more inexpensive alternatives. I was also given the opportunity to see examples of their work in person. Their many years of experience shows - their work is top quality. I know I can trust them to do exceptional work at a fair price. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Charlie and his men were great. Prices are lower than others while providing quality work. I will now try him for our bathroom.
