+ -1 moreThey were very good with the pick up, the crews were nice, and the price was reasonable. However, there was confusion and numerous delay delays with the return. They initially penciled us in for one date, and that had to be delayed. We agreed upon a new date and time, but then they forgot about that after not showing on that date, they said it would be 9 AM the next day. That morning they changed the time to noon. They finally showed up at 2:30 PM. This was a problem for us because we had a short window to help my stepmom get things settled in. The delays and waiting around used up almost that entire time.
Description of Work: Removing furniture and some boxes from a two bedroom home, storage for about 2 weeks, and return of items.
