They are fantastic. They are a fantastic heating and air conditioning company that I ever met. We've had them for three years now. Words cannot express how good they are. I would be lost without them.

Jeff Carlin installed my HVAC system approximately 4 years ago.  My original system had a lot of problems; it was installed by the builder.
Jeff has done several jobs at my home and is very professional, prompt, and honest. He and his assistant, Robert, take care to clean up when they are finished and make sure everything is back in place.   I have referred him to numerous new customers over the years and will continue to do so.  He is up-to-date on the latest technology and has been very gracious to answer my many questions.
Dee, the office manager, is very pleasant and punctual about returning phone calls.  I can usual get her on the first call instead of getting a voice mail. 
I highly recommend this company for service checks, repairs, and new installations.  They value their customers and your time.
I have nothing negative to say about this company.

Whether it be the person who you call to schedule service or the technician who comes to your house, everyone at Expert Air is professional and polite.  Calling when the technician is on the way to your house is an added bonus for the busy homeowner.
The thermostat tutorial was done with patience and logical explanations, and the technicians were/are always willing to answer questions without making you feel rushed; they sit down with you and review something from the manual and the estimate or invoice, and they will even cuddle your dog!

Jeff, Dee and his installation crew were fabulous from quote to start to finish!  I emailed Jeff and Dee approximately 20 times, with questions - sometimes late in the evening - and they replied either minutes later or early in the AM the next day.  Jeff was always clear, concise, cordial, punctual and did exactly what he said he would do.  A co-worker recommended Expert Air to me and also raved about how honest and straighforward they were.  These days service seems like an afterthought but the quality of the work Expert Air provided is a rarity and their work at customer satisfaction obviously paid off for us.  I would recommend Expert Air to anyone wanting HVAC service without hesitation.
Note that the size of the units estimated and the brands were different for multiple bids, so it is difficult to determine how to compare them to each other.  I feel the Expert Air cost estimate was consistent with two other quotes - not the highest but not the lowest but well worth it!

Jeff completed everything on time and no mess during a very hot spell .  Jeff was always a call away, came on time an did completed  the work on shedule.  He removed the attic unit it no issues and setup the new without one as well.  When you think about getting something like that in an out of folding attic stairs, he did a great job!   The unit looks great. Then house is cooler and warmer then it ever has and when my electric bill comes in every month it shows my house working as good or better then GREEN homes.  This house as I mentioned is 20 yrs old and we only changed the air unit.
Jeff is an easy guy to work with, very dependable and professional and didn't leave a mess.
