Installed original fence and I was happy with it. 14 yrs large I asked them to come back and replace the gates. Due to the age of the gates I knew I needed them. Hendrix used the wrong size lists for the gate, put cheap lock on it. The gate sagged after 3 months and wouldn't close. They came out to repair it and it still sags and needs to be redone. I would not hire them again

Excellent repairs to our wood fence, at a reasonable price.

My original rating was not good but subsequently found it was no fault of theirs. They have apologized and offered to make up for their lack of response to my phone calls. I would recommend them for good pricing and excellent quality of work.

They came when they said they would and if they were running late, they called to inform me. They got the job done when they said they would and did an excellent job and I was well pleased. Mr. Hendrix was a pleasure to work with and he was friendly and personable. I would hire him again and I even recommended him to my neighbor for a friend of his who was wanting to install a fence. He even offered a year's warranty which I feel he would honor had i had any problems. Great company to work with. .

Very nice job. He left the place very clean . However he had left in place every stapled picket tag, but came back very willingly to remove them. Very pleasant people. Highly recommended. All pleasant people. Highly recommended

They are a busy company so you may need to wait a few weeks to schedule project, but it is worth the wait. They did quality work at a reasonable price and were very professional.

I used this company to install a privacy fence around my back yard in January of 2017. Total price came to over $4,000. Because of my work schedule I was not at home to see the work done. I also know that wood will warp as time goes by. now, after 18 months I have gates that are warping and sagging. I have a fence that is separating from the corner posts. I have knots falling out of the wood planks. I have wood planks that are splitting. I have gate locks that are installed on the wrong side of the gates. Even the 4x4 posts are warping. To me, the wood looks like the cheapest product that you can buy. He states that he DOES NOT warranty the wood that he buys from Lowe's. I took him to small claims court but I did not present my case correctly so the judge had no choice but to rule in his favor. They even installed a fence post that was too short and instead of digging it up and replacing it. They just cut a piece and nailed it on. I have nails sticking all the way through the wood. I have nail heads sticking out of the wood. I have nail gun marks embedded in my fence. The fence is so wobbly that a strong gust of wind would probably blow portions of it down. I had three other companies look at it and they said that they would not even attempt to repair it. I will, in the future, contract a different fence company to remove this neighborhood eyesore and replace it with one that I can get years of service out of. BUYER BEWARE! Get more than one estimate before you waste your hard earned money. I will NEVER use this company again nor will I EVER recommend this company!

Did a Great Job, and Fast

Hendrix fence is an excellent company. The service was excellent and the price was fair. I got a fence and a deck completed in four days. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!
