Shawn and his company are some of the most well versed people I have ever dealt with for work done to my property. Shawn was knowledgeable about the job he did for me. I had a 10x10 concrete slab covered with travertine pavers and extended throughout my back yard. I have already gotten so many complements from my neighbors. As a new resident to Charlotte, I moved from a State where code was very strong on building due to hurricanes. Shawn built the project using a stronger code than what I heard from others who also bid the project. Pouring concrete is more involved than most realize. Shawn has a background in building and knew exactly what I was looking for in the project. The design of the terraced patios for hot tub, fire pit and cooking and relaxing constructed to access a raised screened deck looks incredible. As a Realtor that has contracted to remodel many houses in the past, this is a company you want to add to your list of service providers. Job Well done Shawn Powell! Mr. Powell was very knowledgeable and took pride in the work he preformed. While my original request was for him to level an area where I would install a paver patio once he started asking me some questions I realized that there was a lot more involved to installing this correctly then I had considered so he offered a fair price to do this install and then did more than was expected with out changing the original quote. Very good service and the paver patio is much better than I had pictured it being.

Work took a while to do but that was because of all the rain we were getting recently, but once it cleared up they worked very efficiently. I had nothing but great experiences with this company and if I would I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars!

FLAGSTONE INSTALLED ON TOP OF A CONCRETE PATIO: Shawn was very proffesional. He returned my call quickly and came to my house to give a quote the next day. He was able to give me a quote 5 minutes after measuring the patio floor. He wrote up the quote with a detailed description of what he was going to do and emailed the invoice to me. He emailed me photos of stone colors choices and also emailed me a photo of the stone he was purchasing from his source. I wasn't home when he finished up but he sent me a finished photo of the project. Shawn came when he said he was coming and worked hard. He also offered to seal the flagstone for free!

He seems to love his work and makes sure the job is done, even if he has to stay late.
