+ -1 moreI needed weekly housecleaning services for my mother, who can no longer do those activities. Mary was very prompt to visit and give an estimate...even called when she was running a bit late. Shis absolutely delightful! Very positive and professional. She has cleanedmom's house weekly for ove a month and we are both very satisfied. Mary is thorough, quick, and cheeffully adds extra tasks if mom asks her to. They clean the bathroom, kitchen, floors, dust (including ceiling fans), chane the linens. On the first visit, she took all the books off the bookshelf (lots and lots) and dusted them. They also move all the furniture out to get the spider webs (the house has quite a spider problem) She has employees, but always comes with them always a few minutes early). She usually stays the whole time, but occaisonally will leave and return before they are finshed. I can't say enough good things about Perfect Maid and Mary Jones!
Description of Work: They clean the bathroom, kitchen, floors, dust (including ceiling fans), change the linens, vaccuum furniture, clean the furniture, ledges, floors of the screened in porch (Porch and house approx. 1000 sq. ft.)

+ -1 moreI've been caring for elderly parents and cleaning their home reguarly when I finally decided I needed some help on my own homefront. Scheduling was flexible and easy from the beginning. I was surprised at the level of care taken and the top job done in each room. Rates are reasonable enough that this is the little splurge that is only for me. Everyone in our family enjoys coming home to a clean house and we now have time for other things where we prefer to spend our time. I've been using Perfect-Maid Carolinas' services since November 2010 and have had their services 2X/month since. Mary and her crew are always on time, communication has been exceptional, the work done weekly is consistant, and I trust them totally. Efficient, on time, trustworthy, communication and flexibilty has been excellent. I've made a couple of recommendations to a friend -- something I don't do lightly. Its been no surprised their experience has been the same. . Very reasonable rates compared to large chain housekeeping services. I recommend Perfect-Maid Carolinas highly for consciencious, reliable, thorough, and trustworthy housekeeping services in your home.
