He spent nearly two hours testing and diagnosing the issue. Turns out the condensation pipe that runs out of the house was freezing and causing unit to shut off. He added insulation to the pipe and problem solved! He was very punctual and kept in contact with us via cell phone with updates on his arrival time. Someone contacted us immediately after purchasing service deal through Angies List to schedule time slot. Very polite and professional.

After buying the special deal Mr. Keller called very quickly to schedule a date and time. Mr. Keller arrived on time to clean my gas log fireplace. Logs were removed, fireplace enclosure cleaned, thermocouple / pilot light checked and flame started. A crack was found in the pilot light gas line. Cleaning portion of the deal has been completed and Mr.Keller has ordered a replacement pilot light gas line and will return to install. Charges for the line replacement are fair and the effort by Mr. Keller is very much appreciated. Would recommend Keller HVAC for this service.

I got a call within an hour or so of buying the deal. We scheduled an appointment and he was actually early for the appointment! He was very thoughtful and professional. He made sure to keep everything clean and he did a lot of work and spent a lot of time cleaning everything thoroughly. He tested for carbon monoxide when everything was put back. I was flabbergasted at all of the detailed work he did!

This was by far worth every penny! Glenn arrived early, was very professional, very neat, left me no clean up, and explained what he was doing as he went. He also showed me how to light the pilot. I cannot remember the last time our fireplace was so clean. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed watching our fireplace after Glenn left. It was so clean....we had no idea how dirty it was. And we now feel assured that the fireplace is in good and safe working order. Highly recommend!

He was there for a little over an hour doing the inspection, but overall I'm happy. He checked a few things and made some recommendations to prevent future problems, like changing the gas levels so that the input and output temperature differences are within the manufacturers recommended temperature ranges. Since then, I haven't had problems with it tripping the high limit switch and blowing cold air like it was before.

He was very personable. He took time to check everything and even gave some suggestions since we are selling our home. He answered all my questions. I would hire him again and will recommend him to the new owners of our home.
