They did not service the area that I needed, but was very professional over the phone and accommodating.

I hadn't used the gas logs in about two years, and I wanted to ensure they were in good, safe working order before using them. Glenn did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting the logs, and made sure they were safe to operate. And he did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

The service-supplier called before coming, arrived promptly, and introduced himself. After putting on footies to protect my floors, he scoped out the fireplace, first for CO2 output and informed me that the output was at a very acceptable low level, almost negligible. He then checked out my concern that the ignition seemed to take an overly-long time before bursting into flames. He said that it was taking a long time and the ignition flame seemed low. After adjusting the flame and cleaning the jets, it appeared that all the jets were burning evenly. He had taken pictures of the placement of the gas logs, which he then cleaned all of the dust and "soot" that he could. Before placing the logs back, the serviceman put in the new "embers" (which I requested at my own expense), and cleaned the glass doors. Once the logs were lit, and we observed a minute or two and he asked if I was satisfied and had any other questions. I was extremely pleased and told him that I would use his services, again. Additionally, he followed-up his visit with an email to be certain that I was satisfied with the work, and had no other questions.

Glenn was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and performed his work in a very professional manner. We would have Keller HVAC services back anytime if needed, please consider them highly for any work you might have at your home!

Arrived promptly. Very courteous. Assessed the situation. Found the cause of the issue. Had the motor on his truck so he was able to replace it during the same call. Pricing was quite reasonable. Overall, Keller did an excellent job and I will use them again if I have HVAC issues in the future.

Mr Keller arrived promptly at the day and time we agreed upon. He did a complete clean and check of the logs. I was impressed by his thoroughness. I will consider using Mr. Keller for future heating needs.

Glen called me almost immediately to schedule the service. Then he immediately sent a follow-up email to confirm the day/time - which was the next day! He was right on time, pleasant, thorough, and completed the job in exactly the amount of time he estimated. I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. Glenn arrived right on time, and is very professional. He took apart my fireplace, inspected it, and cleaned it thoroughly. He was very quiet while he worked, and cleaned up everything when he finished. I've recommended him to several friends. I plan to call him every year for fireplace inspection.

Looked to purchase a HVAC inspection special from Angies List because the heat pump in the lower level of our recently purchased home, seemed to run a lot and heat strips wouldn't work. Keller had A ratings and was licensed in Tega Cay. Glenn Keller, the owner, was great from a call I made with questions before buying the special to the end of the job. After a complete inspection of the system (1 hr.+) Glenn found that the freon in the system was low and that during construction the heat strip wire to the thermostat had been cut and thus never even connected. In the end the price was very reasonable.Glenn was professional, neat, and tidy in his work. I will call him again in the spring for an inspection of my other units.

Glenn was great - very thorough and professional. He took everything apart, explained it all to me, did a test for carbon monoxide fumes, and cleaned it inside and out. We have a ventless, double-sided fireplace, so I was very happy to get the inside glass cleaned. Also, I was relieved to have it pass a professional inspection. I did not include my cost since it was through an Angie's List Big Deal, so not a fair representation of the work performed.
