HVAC Checkup. Also replaced a sensor that had been keeping our heat pump from defrosting. He was very professional and everything was done on time and at a very fair price. Will definitely call him for any further work we need done.

Glenn is a delight to work with. He thoroughly inspected both AC/furnace systems as well as the air ducts. Glenn quickly identified why we had not been getting good airflow for the past couple of years. He took pictures so it was clear to me what was going on and what needed to be done. The systems are so technical I often have no idea what a technician is talking about and have to trust what the tech is telling me on faith. Not the case with Keller HVAC - pictures give me a higher element of trust. Glenn quickly and efficiently cleaned the air handlers and coils and then sealed the duct work. He also replaced leaking valves and recharged the systems so they will work efficiently. When the summer heat comes this year I expect to be a lot more comfortable! I highly recommend Keller HVAC.

The fireplace was thoroughly inspected and cleaned. The flame was off to one side and the serviceman fixed it so it was even - a great improvement. He also explained how the system worked and how the arrangement of the logs makes a difference in the efficiency of the gas fireplace. I was very pleased with the service and the entire experience. Will hire this company again.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Mr. Keller was thorough, knowledgable and explained the process every step of the way. He provided an in depth cleaning and tune up of my ventless fireplace and talked me through some key questions. He also identified a problem with some outside air intrusion that was allowing cold air in under the vent. With no pressure at all he quickly completed the service and repair. He also gave me good advice about replacing my old unit at some point. I would definitely use him again.

Glen was a super communicator. Arrived right on time. Cleaned up the fireplace and logs. Noticed and fixed two small gas leaks!!! Very happy with his work and our safely operating fireplace.

I purchased the gas logs cleaning "Big Deal." Glenn was prompt, professional & courteous. He did an excellent job. I also contracted him to install a blower for the gas logs. He ordered the part & returned to install it as soon as possible. Everything works great. I had a very positive experience with Keller HVAC.

I have a vent-less fireplace that I thought had more fumes than should so I had purchased this deal. Scheduling was fine and he was very good with follow up. The technician diagnosed and thinks it was because the artificial logs were too old. The technician offered to come back and complete the job. He offered to supply the logs but suggested I go online and purchase them myself. I am pleased with his response and service. I will be having them back for the full service once I purchase the new logs.

My 10 year old gas logs got more difficult to use every winter. This year we were able to light the pilot but the logs wouldn't come on. Mr. Keller took apart the set and showed us that the thermocouple was covered in dust. He explained that the pilot has to warm up the main part of the log set before the set will come on. He showed us where the flame comes out of the base when the logs are removed. We thougth something was wromg with the remote but the remote worked fine after he fixed the problem with the thermocouple. He was very personable. It felt like a friend was helping us out.

Glenn (the owner) called before his arrival and showed up right on schedule with the appointment. He took care to keep the house clean as he did his work. Everything in the fireplace was cleaned, the logs were rearranged for a more optimal burn, and adjustments were made where necessary. Fireplace is good as new. Very happy with the work.

Mr. Keller was fabulous. He spread cloths over all the hardwood floors and left the den spotless, which is no mean feat for a fireplace cleaning. He found the problem with the fireplace not working and repaired it without additional cost to me. The fireplace works better than it did brand new. Then I asked about putting a blower in since it was already wired. He found and order the blower then returned to install it. The problem is why didn't I find him sooner. He's a responsible person and I loved his work.

Glenn called prior to the scheduled appointment to confirm and asked if he could arrive 15 minutes earlier. Perfect! Glenn is extremely professional, detailed with the description of the work he would perform, and very courteous. It was a great experience and very well money spent. Glenn came to clean my gas logs. Upon inspection he noted the burner had corroded and was a fire hazzard. Glenn suggested we replace the logs and indicated that he would apply a portion of the cleaning charge as a credit to the installation of new logs. Purchased the new logs and upon installation discovered the logs that we purchased were too big height wise for the fireplace. Glenn agreed to stay a bit longer to hookup and install the burner while I went back to the dealer to get different logs. I brought the new logs back and he arranged them, tested the the logs and showed me how to use them. Glenn was very professional, cleaned up all the old material . Will use him again for sure!!

Mr. Keller did everything right from the customer service standpoint. He was professional, called ahead, was on time, performed the services requested, explained the fireplace and taught me how the system worked. Fireplace looks great and runs perfectly now. Overall a great experience and will call him for any future needs!

He was excellent. He was very professional. There was some repair issues on the furnace but they were well warranted. We were very happy with him.

It was a big deal purchase. He found a problem so he repaired it and it cost more. He was good. He did a review and found something wrong. He really worked hard because he was a single person; it kind of surprised me as he was all by himself. He went over and beyond to help me get the piece I needed. He promptly came and repaired everything. It was $89 and then on top of that it was a two or three dollars more for the part that I needed.
