This was the perfect Angie's list transaction. My only regret is that I didn't act sooner; I think the offer was for $69 two weeks earlier.

The representative called to schedule the appointment, called when he was on his way, and showed up on time. He was very thoughtful about keeping my house clean and laid down a tarp to ensure he kept the area clean and didn't damage the hardwood flooring. He actually taught me how to use the fireplace in addition to clearning it, and it worked like a charm all winter long. I would definitely recommend the service and company!

Mr. Keller was prompt, professional and did a great job servicing our A/C. He took the time to answer my husband's questions and was thorough in explaining what he was doing. My husband appreciated he took the time to do this. He showed my husband what he recommended - adding refrigerant to our 17 yr old A/C, and did not try to upsell him. We highly recommend him and will definitely call him again for any of our HVAC needs.

Called for an estimate to replace my second floor AC system and Glenn came out with in an hour and discussed the different options available to me. After picking the system I wanted it was installed the following week, it took about 2 days and works great. I was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. Glenn did what he said he was going to do and showed up on time both days. I will use him again when I need to replace my other system and I recommend him to everyone I know. Its hard to find a professional service person and I wish everyone operated with the integrity that he does. His prices are more than fair and I was able to save $3500 for the exact same Trane system that Brothers and two other HVAC companies were going to charge me.

He did a great job in communicating with me before, during, and after the service was provided. He did a great job and was very friendly. He cleaned and tested my heat pump system. He let me know after testing that I needed a new part but called to see if my unit was still under the manufacturer's warranty. I only had to pay for part of the full cost! Wonderful! I would recommend and use his services again.

Glenn was extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. After booking the service on Angie's List website, he called me almost immediately. We confirmed appt. time, and he arrived when he said he would. On the day of service, he called to tell me he was on his way. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He advised me to hang onto our older unit (17 years old) because it was still running strong! He even checked for carbon monoxide leaks around my water heater. What a bargain! I will definitely call him again.

Glenn fixed my gas log fireplace so it was a no brainer when the sprint rolled around i know excatly who to call. Glenn does great work, is always on time and offers fair prices.

OK but he was not very experienced with cleaning fireplaces and admitted it was a new service for his company.

The service is excellent. It took around 90 min overall. I would call them again for winter tune-up.

Glenn was very professional and thorough. He informed me that the upstairs unit was low on refrigerant and explained the probable reason and cost to rectify. He added refrigerant to bring the pressure within specs. Glenn was very considerate by calling to inform me that he was running behind our scheduled appointment time, which I very much appreciated. I will be using him for future HVAC services.

***I DO NOT LIKE putting the actual amount we paid because: Then that's what most customers will then EXPECT to pay for the same service, even though they might have a newer, different, or much BIGGER unit, with other issues that is definitely not the same price to fix. Our unit is much older, and still worked, but needed repair to keep from completely breaking down. It is NOT the same price for every unit at every home. The price depends on many factors. So please know that before harassing a business owner because you don't get the same price that someone else listed for the same service. We know many business owners who have had that issue because others listed price. Just know that we called all the top providers and gave them detailed information about our system, what we wanted done, and it's condition, and not only was Glenn the lowest by FAR, but his estimate and quote is exactly what we ended up paying. Your price for the same service on a different unit in a different house in different conditions is likely not going to be the same. *** Glenn was AMAZING! He removed our old rusted-through condenser coil, replaced it with a new one, drained our system, and put in new refrigerant. We already knew exactly what needed to be fixed on our A/C unit because we had it looked at the end of last season by another company. It had kept freezing up on the hottest days and it turned out that our condenser coils had rusted through and were slowly leaking, therefore it couldn't keep up on the hottest days. We didn't want to get it fixed the end of fall just to have it sit all winter unused so we waited until now. First, let me say that we had already contacted and had 2 other of the top-rated HVAC companies on Angie's List and had them to our home for this problem in the past month. Even though we told them exactly what we wanted fixed and we also told them that we already knew that the entire unit would still need to be replaced in 5 years or so, but that we were not wanting to do that right now for budget and logistical reasons...the STILL not only pushed and pressured us to buy an entire new system, but also charged us for running tests on our home and system that were specifically for the purpose of installing a new system that we DID NOT ask them to run or do or even give them permission to do. Obviously, we did not want to patronize their business or trust them to do what we were asking so moved on. The unit is in the attic of our 3 story town home and total replacement (because of no foresight from the builder) means several days of work, our house being torn apart, and in many cases a bigger attic hole has to be cut and a new door installed because they did not build as if the units would ever need taken back out or replaced. Right now my husband has a professional home office in that part of our home, we have a crazy schedule, and we are in the middle of remodeling so we planned and budgeted to fix the immediate problem this year and then to replace entirely in a few years since we already have other major home projects in progress. So then...after two strikes, my husband discovered Keller on here. His quote was not only SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the dozen other HVAC companies we had called, but he was extremely professional and not pushy. Again, Glenn was AMAZING! I'm going into a LOT of detail for a reason. He had a LOT to deal with and was not only professional (the most professional we have ever dealt with) , but honest, and thorough! Not only is our unit in the attic of our 3 story town home (so technically up 4 stories), but we are out of town quite often and have a crazy schedule that he worked with and around and he came at 7:30am sharp! Also, my husband works out of his home office here and so when him working on our unit meant my husband had to relocate to another room for conference calls etc. Glenn was SO courteous and respectful to be quiet when going through that room several times having to go in and out going to his truck for tools or taking old parts out and bringing new ones in etc. We were VERY impressed! He also made sure to tell us exactly what he was doing each step of the way. He was extremely thorough and even helped us solve the mystery of why we have always had so much dust coming out of our vents even though we change filters regularly. He LISTENED to us and did exactly what we asked him to do and did NOT try to sell us or push us toward an entire new unit and replacement at all! He was, however, honest and did tell us about issues he observed, how much "life" our system potentially had left, and what issues were probably going to need fixed or replaced until we got a new unit. That was so honest and professional! He listened to us and did what we asked, but made sure that we were completely informed about the condition of our unit and what problems it still had without pushing us for an upsell or talking to us like we were ignorant. He let us make the decision. So refreshing! I also have to mention that while he was here my husband was on very important work calls where he could not actually speak with Glen even though he was in the living room. So, I was having to do all the communicating. Near the end of him working on our unit, I had to leave suddenly because a friend was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and I was the only contact she had who was close so I had to go to the hospital. It was a crazy thing to happen, but he was understanding, did not get frustrated, and worked to finish the job after I left and locked up when he left since my husband was still working and I was gone. Best experience we have EVER had with an HVAC company! Would recommend to ANYONE and will use him again! Oh, and the price was the exact as he had estimated and quoted us!

Glenn was very professional and honest and I will definite use him again in the future.

He did an excellent job and got the logs working and identified some missing parts. We had not turned the logs on since we moved into the house in 2007 so I thought it would be a good safety measure to have them inspected. This was a "Deal" special.

Glenn Keller arrived on time, was pleasant and got right to work. He was very efficient and took time to explain what he was doing and offer tips to me. He was very organized and left the area around the fireplace spotless,. He even had his own work rug and wore shoe mitts so as to protect my light colored rug. I would definitely call him again and have recommended him to my neighbor,

Glenn was very responsive in scheduling an appointment, confirmed the appt prior to coming, and arrived on time. He was very conscientious and thorough. He did an excellent job and I'm having him come to clean my gas fire pit.

Glenn fixed my 20 year old AC and broken gas fireplace and did a fantastic job. i have to give him my highest recommendation. he came out quickly and talked me through the whole process so i thoroughly understood what he was doing. replaced a lot of major components and showed me why which was very helpful. Glenn was very friendly and professional and seems like someone you can really trust and that's hard to find. will definitely call him if i need any A/C or fireplace repairs again. great job!

Glenn is truly a pleasure to have onsite. He called to confirm that he was on his way to our house and arrived right on time. More than that, he is amiable and professional. He did a thorough review of the AC units themselves as well as the blower units. He did find things that needed repairing or replacing - which we were expecting due to a lot of deferred maintenance by the previous owners - but he took video and/or pictures to show us everything he found. Glenn then consulted with us on the priorities so that we could make an educated decision on which things to do first. There was absolutely ZERO pressure, which we really appreciated. We have already scheduled with Glenn to do the first wave of repairs and look forward to his next visit.
