He arrived after 1PM and said he had to go get the plate. Was gone quite awhile and then indalled it. It took about 20 min I was charged $350.00. I was charged for his time away from my house doing whatever. I called the company and got no response from them.

Hot tub wiring was not performed as agreed including in contract they wrote and had me sign.. 1.Hot tub Emergency disconnect was not installed where agreed. 2. Wire would be run in liquid tight conduit from disconnect under ground to spa panel .It was not .they used underground wire with out conduit. 3. The wire they used was not the correct size according to my owners manual for the Spa. 4.originally told 2 permits and inspections would be required and included in the the total cost paid. When I asked if another permit would be required for the corrective repairs they admitted they didn't get a permit or inspection for the spa the first time.When i insisted it be inspected .I was told I would have to pay for the permit and inspection. In spite of the contract stating it included all permits and inspections. They were responsive to my concerns and sent the technician back to my house.However he tried to persuade me that there was nothing wrong with the way it was wired .After significant conflict over the details they dug out the wire and put the correct wire in conduit as they originally advised to me was required for code. Had to take off extra time from work for corrective repairs twice.Circuit breaker install went okay , except door on new panel was very hard to open, They refused to fix it insisting it was the power company's fault.

The worst customer service! The woman who answers phone should not be allowed to engage with potential customers. Honestly, I think they did not want to drive to where I live after making an appointment. I ended up using another electrician. Their trip charge was 1/3 of this company. Credit where credit is due: the owner, after I asked to speak with him and was told I'd have to stay on hold for 1/2 hour, attempted to correct situation. By that time I had had enough of this company.
