I purchased a special tune-up deal through Angie's list, and John responded very quickly to get a date scheduled for the work. My scheduled time was for 9:30 to 10:00, but he called right before 10:00 to let me know he was running late and it would be 10:30 before he could get to my house. It turned out it was 11:00 before he got there, but he was quite professional and did the job very quickly. He even replaced the burned out light bulb for the system. My garage door runs much quieter and smoother now. I will definitely call him again when I need maintenance on my garage door.

The gentleman from Innovative Door Systems fixed my garage door and replaced all the rollers. The dooe was even a little dent and he dent it back into place. I will use them again if ever needed. (I will check Anglies List first though.)

I contacted the company by email and when John responded by phone I provided the information he needed to diagnose the problem; size of the door and make and model number. He quoted a price of $200.00. On service day he was running late but he did call. When he arrived he immediately bumped the price $25.00 which I did not like--no explanation. He replaced the broken spring and the other spring as well. He completed his work quickly and both springs were installed in under 20 minutes. As he handed me my invoice for $225.00 he noticed my credit card (the cards he accepts are listed on his website) and immediately informed me that I must add another 3% to my $225.00 total. I wrote a check instead but the whole process seemed tacky and unprofessional to me. I will not use his company again nor will I recommend him to anyone.

i was very very pleased with his service. my door had been bumped a couple of times was very noisey and i felt was a hazard waiting to get worse. when he finished to door was so quiet i could hardly hear it. he replaced all the nosiey bent rollers and fixed a couple of alignment problems, tighten the wires and generally did above and beyond service for me. . i want my friends and neighbors to know about innovate doors systems. he did a superior job thanks

Went great, very professional.

Ryan was great. He was running late but he called to let me know. He was very pleasant and asked it there was anything else he could do. I had broken both my wrists and my right arm back during the winter and have limited strength in my arms. I was afraid if I needed to leave the home during a power outage that I would not be able to lift garage door. He adjusted door so that I could lift it. Which was something he did not have to do.

It went very well. The tech was at my home for about 40 minutes and performed everything to my satisfaction and the door has worked great ever since.

He also replaced the bottom seal for an additional, reasonable fee. He didn't, as we feared, press us to buy any additional services or products. I will definitely use him again.

The service turned out very well. The technicians did a marvelous job. We actually ended up having the garage door replaced. They were also very courteous and professional. They gave us a choice between replacing the door or just repairing it and I appreciated their honesty. Scheduling was not an issue.

John responded promptly, arrived at the agreed time, and quickly assessed the problem. We discussed the situation and he adjusted the door to correct the immediate problem. We discussed the cost of permanent solutions when they become necessary. I was completely satisfied with the service.

Awesome Service and Company! Our Overhead Garage company did not satisfy our needs so we Googled Overhead Garage Businesses in our area and found Innovative Door Systems and called immediately! They were at our house within 30 minutes, fixed the repairs that "our" company said could not be repaired, and charged us a very minimal charge! We were very impressed with their knowledge of the door! They were very professional yet made us feel like we were very important to them! I do believe we have found a new Overhead Door Business and will refer their businesses to others! Very Impressed!

They really turned a difficult situation for us (my car was in a garage with a door that couldn't be opened), into an actually pleasant experience!

Well worth the money. Working with these doors can be dangerous. Also he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My husband is an engineer and hates to have anyone do the work but himself. However, he was extremely pleased!

The quotes came quick and clear to understand. Pricing was reasonable. They explained the different doors and options. Once we decided, they ordered the doors and 3 weeks later brought them out, removed our old doors and installed the new ones. Great doors, very high quality. Good guys to work with.
