Provider was very professional and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work.

Very professional. Work was done on time. Some delay due to weather but I was kept updated routinely. All work was performed as estimated without additional charges. Mr. Gardner is very knowledgeable and was able to plan out an irrigation system that met my needs. I would highly recommend him.

Answered my inquiry the day I called. Came the next day. Spent half a day making all repairs and checked system. $365 was a bargain for what was done. Gave me a one year guarantee on work done.

Stan was great from start to finish. He responded promptly to my call and scheduled a visit to discuss proposed service immediately. We did a walk-through of what I wanted to accomplish and Stan went immediately to work using what parts he had available to remedy issues. He also scheduled a follow-up within two days to come back and perform new installations and finish up work which required additional parts. I had complete confidence in Stan from the moment I met him and was very satisfied with the outcome. Stan's solution to our (new) irrigation needs was creative and perfect for our situation, finding a way to relieve us almost entirely of the need to hand-water an (extensive) flower/planting area. Mr. Gardner is one of the best contractors of any kind I have ever worked with. My dead bushes had been removed from my front flower bed and the irrigation line had been destroyed. Instead of fixing the deterioration, Mr. Gardner replaced the whole line. His professionalism and kindness are unmatched. Stan is such a professional, he was prompt knowledgable about my system advising me it was probably not necessary to run the sprinkler system during the winter months thus saving me hundreds on my water bill. If you have an irrigation need call Stan, you will not be dissapointed.

All Mr. Gardner's work has been done professionally. He has repaired and corrected the damaged irrigation valves, pipes, "T" connectors and tested and adjusted all the zones and sprinkler heads. The area that was excavated to gain access to the areas needing repair was returned to it's original condition. He has always been very prompt in his response to our inquiry and always punctual arriving when he said he would. I have no hesitation recommending Gardner Irrigation to anyone needing service or installation. I certainly wish I had known him when the system was being put in as it would have saved me the headache of having service calls.

I called one morning and Stan was here that afternoon to repair the system. He explained problems and offered advice on caring for my yard. Stan was pleasant to work with and I would definitely call him again....very professional.

Very professional and did a really good job

First of all, the communication with Stan was outstanding. The work schedule he had was hectic, so he gave us an estimate time he would be calling us to schedule the appointment. He kept in touch throughout the very short "waiting process". Then the day came, he called and said he was ready to begin the installation! My husband and I were very excited! When Stan and his helper (which I don't recall his name, so embarrassing, sorry) came out on July 9 and worked all day. Both of them are very polite, professional men. They were available anytime I had a question. They cleaned up exceptionally well, each day they were on our property and treated our property with care. That was very nice to see!! They even worked in the slight rain, until it became too dangerous with the lightening, etc, the first day. The 2nd and final day, they luckily finished before the hard rain set in. Yet they took the time to go around the property twice if not more to check on things, making sure each sprinkler head was working correctly, made adjustments if needed, and picked up any roots, left over pipes, etc. Stan took me around to see each area (zone area I believe it's called), where the shut off unit was, then took his time to teach me how to use the Rain Bird system, answered any questions I had. I couldn't thank Stan and his helper enough. They were the most professional and caring workers I have had, to do a big job like this. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new sprinkler system. No more dragging a hose around, putting a sprinkler on the hose, moving the sprinkler around and having to to wrap it up. I am sure you know that torture :-) The yard looked almost like it did before, meaning that they covered the areas where the trenches were, and like I said before, cleaned up exceptionally well. I would HIGHLY recommend Gardner Irrigation to anyone, may they need a new system, fix an old one, add new heads, whatever. You will be very pleased with Stan and his helper (wish I remembered his name instead of calling him "helper" ) :-) Because he worked just as hard as Stan. Great team work too!! Arrived on the day and time agreed upon. Located damaged valves under a brick patio, replaced them with new valves and replaced the patio brick. Subsequently tested the entire system, adjusted the sprinkler heads and set the timer. These guys are great for troubleshooting and repairing existing systems. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Stan called as soon as he was available and quickly repaired the two heads. He then tuned up the rest of the system and improved coverage for all areas. He recommended an improvement to one of the zones that ill save water and eliminate an overspray issue. I approved the idea and he'll will return to complete this work. I also asked him to give me a price for routine maintenance on a regular basis. Based on his inspection he stated that routine maintenance was not required and recommended a less expensive annual tune up. This is the type of quality, honest, value added service that he provides and he has my unqualified recommendation.

EXCELLENT service. Mr Gardner was punctual and diagnosed the problems immediately. His courteous professionalism cannot be compared to other irrigation specialists I have dealt with. The lawn irrigation system that I installed twenty years ago had stopped working. Although I replaced the electronic control box and much of the wiring, every time I tried to start the system it blew a fuse. Stan, the owner of Gardener Irrigation, answered my first telephone call and promised to come to my house two days later. He phoned ahead and arrived on time. He was friendly and professional while he worked on my system. He saved me a lot of money by discouraging the replacement of sprinkler heads that are old but working well. He installed new sprinkler heads that I had purchased a few years ago. He found a "short" in the wiring, replaced one solenoid on an electronic valve, replaced four sprinkler heads, and moved two of those heads to improve the coverage of the lawn due to landscape changes. He carefully removed and replaced sod where he dug trenches, and he raked these areas so well that I could barely see that work had been done on the lawn. He checked out the entire system and adjusted the pattern of all of the sprinkler heads. Stan and his helper were at my house for about 2 1/2 hours. Stan showed me how to trouble shoot the wiring for the electronic valves and a new stye of connectors that he uses. He took time to show me how to adjust the three different models of sprinkler heads in my system. He also described the refinements in the newer model sprinkler heads. If you want high quality work, done at a fair price, by a really great guy, give Stan a call and pray that he isn't too busy to help you.

Stan showed up on time or called if he was running behind. He and his crew finished within the given time frame even through multiple rain delays.The quality of work exceeded my expectations even though they were already high given his company's excellent reputation.I did not shop around on price I just wanted to make sure the job was done right and I feel Gardner irrigation provided an excellent value. Watching the system work and seeing how none of my yard is spared a thorough watering it is apparent that it is the work of a professional.
