Description of Work: Framed an outside window that had been improperly installed. Repaird the dry wall inside, tht had been damaged from the rain seeping in, and sanded it to make it ready for painting. Sealed around the shower. |Replaced the fittings in the takns of two toilets. |Made three trips to complete the work to allow the mud on the wall to dry before sanding. |Cleaned up and left things very clean and tidy. |

Description of Work: We needed some minor work done before putting our house up for sale. We gave a list to Brian and he completed everything we needed done. We were very pleased with everything he did.

Description of Work: Brian is always on time and professional. He gets the job done and on one occasion when I was not fully satisfied he came back and redid part of the job.

Description of Work: On the first job He changed a water heater valve. Also found and seal a leake coming down form the bathtub. |I was very happy with how helpful, professional, pleasant he was and looked forward to use him for a bathroom handicap upgrade but did not hear from him again. So sorry for that. |

Description of Work: Brian recently completed a punch list for us that included replacing a kitchen sink faucet, installed inline water filter under kitchen sink, sealed an old chimney sweep door, replaced floodlights on 2nd story house, replaced broken front porch light fixture, fix and paint rotten wood on front porch columns, replaced 2 bathroom sconces, replaced bathroom fixtures, installed sweep/threshold rubber for multiple doors, replaced hardware on bi-fold door. All this work was done for a reasonable estimate. Might have have missed some work that he did, but all of this included fixtures and supplies for $2400 | |So we contracted him once again to pressure wash and seal our 6ft wooden fence which spans over a 1/4 of an acre. Took him one full day divided into half days in order for the fence to dry before sealing it. The fence now looks like new and will last for years to come. | |His work is professional and done right the first time. We have hired him for 3 separate visits one well over a year ago. All of his work has held up to daily use and is done right. What a relief to find someone who provides quality work and in an efficient manner. Will hire him for all of future home projects.

Description of Work: Did carpentry work in the kitchen and work on the eaves all work was done exactly when Brian said he would be here. He was professional and courteous and cleaned up after he had finished would definitely use them again. | | |

Description of Work: We used Brian for 2 services - fixing a pocket door and outdoor caulking. He was responsive, fair, on time, and did great work. Many others refused to even look at the pocket door which can be tricky but Brian fixed it like new. I had tried WD40 and "asking around" but nothing had worked. I would certainly call Brian again and highly recommend his services. A+

Description of Work: Brian was great. He repaired several items for my sister and she was so impressed she had him do a few extra items. | |I recently had him install a stove and re-stain by deck. He was very helpful in directing me what products were good for the deck and even with colors. The deck looks great. | |The stove took a bit of maneuvering but Brian did a great job and it looks built it!

Description of Work: Brian was flexible in scheduling my appointment. He arrived early and completed all the tasks I had for him in a timely manner. Positive attitude and friendly. Highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Brian installed crown moulding in our family room. Not only did he do a great job with the moulding but he showed me how to do it as a master craftsman performs the task. He was right on time and finished the job in less than three hours. I also asked for his recommendation on a couple of other tasks in our home. |I would definitely recommend Brian for similar jobs around one's home.

Description of Work: Reapired Deck railing and steps. Rebuild a column on front porch. I then had them look through my house for suggestions of what could be done to help me sell my house. Great information for future work.
