First, Nathan was extremely responsive and punctual. He worked us right into his schedule the day after my call and kept us posted of his ETA. When he arrived he did a through examination of both attics in our house, our crawlspace, and the roof (which other inspectors had neglected). He prepared a comprehensive quote and was very upfront about the charges and warranty specifics. We reviewed his quote which was very reasonable and right in line with the other quotes we had obtained. Unfortunately, I was laid off from my job the very next morning. The quote from Nathan was in >$4k range since it was a massive whole-house job including insualtion, so we are unable to do the work on one pay check. Nathan was really understanding when I called and told him we were putting it off until I could find a new position. What blew me away though was his call the next day. He told me he'd decided to tear up the $75 check we'd written for the inspection in light of me losing my job. This level of compassion and understanding says so much about him and the way he runs his business. We are very grateful as a family for this kindness and will certainly reach out in the future when we are able to get this job done.

Nathan was responsive and professional. He showed up when he said he would and followed through. He listened when I said I didn't want to actually SEE the trapped rats and provided us with a covered trap for the kitchen. He showed photos along the way of where the gaps were in my house (hard to see without me climbing on top of or under the house) and then showed me photos of the repairs he had done. I thought at first the estimate was expensive, but as the days progressed and I saw how much work he was doing, I have no problem with the price. Most important? The rats are gone!

From start to finish it went great, we are having a new roof put on next week and he is even coming back to check to make sure none of his work is damaged and repair anything if it is at no charge. How could you ask for more!

Nathan was great from the first phone call to the last. He was up front about the costs and explained the reasoning (which was verified by competitive quotes), he was prompt, quick, extremely thorough, and erred on the side of over communicating, which is a rare joy in the service world. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Nathan arrived on time for our appointment and surveyed the situation. He took a picture of where the snake was seen and found that there was a hole where the snake was living. The snake was not in the hole, so he plugged it up and put snake repellant around the yard. Nathan was very pleasant and professional. Before leaving, he gave us some tips as to how to keep snakes away from the house that will be useful in the future. I would definitely use this service again if needed. To add a note - the snake has not reappeared which is a great relief.

We heard fluttering and clawing in the top of our two story downspout of our house gutter. We called late in the afternoon, hoping that we could get someone could come out last minute and not wait overnight. When we called, Nathan said he was on his way to do other work, but since he was not far away, he turned around and came to our house right away! He got on the ladder, removed the joint in the gutter, lightly shook the metal, and the bird flew away. He then did an additional inspection of the rest of our house to see if there were other locations vulnerable for animal intrusion. He pointed out 4 locations in the eaves not completely covered from entry to the attic. He then mixed up a concrete-type mixture that matched the black roof asphault color and applied it those areas so he wouldn't have to come back later. All in all, Nathan was extremely professional, incredibly fast to arrive and fast to finish the work. Glad he saved the trapped bird and was thorough enough to prevent future isses as well!

He helped me with the insurance agent by supplying him with photos and other information. He continued to come back daily to check the traps he had set until we were certain there were no longer any animals in the attic. He sealed up all the areas where he thought squirrels could get in, repaired the hole in the roof, replaced the damaged insulation and added more. He was prompt and very communicative. Always called to let me know when he would be coming. He did the work totally to my satisfaction. He was always very friendly and cheerful. The problem is solved!

His was willing to come to the house on a Sunday because we were leaving to go out of town on Monday and wanted to know what was causing the sounds in the attic before we left. He did everything he said he would do, sending us daily texts and pictures of his progress.
