The owner is unprofessional and slimy. A day and time was agreed upon for them to come and do the job. They showed up 1.5 days later. Just like when they felt like it and happened to be in the neighborhood. No notice. The work was quick and lazy. Workers sat around and smoked cigarettes while corners were cut in every way possible. They left all the debris in my neighbors yard. Unbelievable. I had to call them twice to finally get someone over to fix it. That guy didn’t even bring a rake. The owner is unprofessional, unreliable, and cowardly. Do not hire this guy.

See my description. Bottom line is this owner has some real issues. They do poor work and have poor customer service.  I even took pictures of what the job and took it to work and asked my co-workers what they thought. They all agreed that it was a poor job. Even though they cam back and picked up the loose debris they left, He stuck firm to his stance and they did not do any raking to remove all the excess debris and expose more that needed to be cut back. There are still tree stumps and shrubs, vines etc that are 1-3 feet tall sticking out of the ground that I will have to find someone else to come in and take care of. When he came back the first time, and was so argumentative, I tried to show him and explain to him that by not raking out the debris, they were missing a great deal that needed to be cut back further. He didn't seem to care. THAT WAS EXTRA!

The re-mulching was done expediently and professionally. Unfortunately here is where the trouble began. While removing trees, the crew dropped a limb onto my roof and  slightly damaging my grill. There never was an apology about the grill or reassurance my roof was not damaged. I ended up checking the roof myself before letting them proceed. Initially the tree and stump removal went fairly well. After the job was completed, unfortunately I found several stumps that were missed in the removal process.  In the two proceeding visits it took to complete the job, the contractor did not show up at appointed time and had to be rescheduled. During all of this work, they removed a section of my backyard fence for access. However they did not re-attach it between phases of work and my dog go loose.  I ended up reattaching it myself.

In my opinion, All Green is not very well organized and seems to take on more work than can be completed properly and on time. I will no consider All Green again, nor will I recommend them to others.

After walking the site with me, Blake gave me a verbal quote for 4 men, 8 hours a day, and chip on site for $1300 the first day and $1000 the second day. My mistake was to take a rate based proposal verbally. With this company insist on a firm job price with the provided services in writing. The first day Blake had 5 men on site with himself for 2-3 hours. But they only worked a little over 7 hours. The second day 2 men were dropped off by the foreman. The foreman left to get a chipper. The 2 men may have worked 15 minutes. The foreman came back after 2 hours without a chipper. I later learned the rental company would not accept a credit card. The foreman stayed with the two men, but they did very little. They ran the chain saws about 20 minutes. The third day Blake and two men showed up at 5:15 pm with a chipper. They worked for an hour. When Blake left, he told me his men would be back at 7:30 am the next day. They showed up at 7:45 am, but they could not get the chipper motor started. They stood around trying different means to start it. Blake came about 10 am, and the chipper was running by 10:20. They chipped all day until around 4:30 pm. At 1 to 2 pm Blake pointed to a huge tangle of limbs, brush, and vines (which he said would jam the chipper), and asked if I would burn it. I said no. Then he asked if my neighbor who has a larger amount of land surrounding my area had a place where he could dump it. I said no. Then he proceeded to do what he should have done in the beginning, that is to load this tangle into his dump truck. At the end of the day there were still several piles of limbs that were not chipped, and the mulch piles from the chipper were not spread out evenly or thin. Blake said he figured he met his second day at noon of the fourth day. With the hours and different size crew he supplied it was difficult for me to determine this. He wanted 3 hours of chipping @$150 per hour plus $75 to use the dump truck to haul off material. I believe these services were included in the daily rate quoted to me.
