Description of Work: Petro is our home heating oil provider. In late feb we ran out of oil on a frigid night. There calculations for delivery are apparently incorrect. It required repeated calls with long wait times to get any resposne. The service technician finally arrived at 2AM. The initial service call was made at approx 8 pm. Many apologies were mad but a terrible lack of good customer service is there benchmark unfortunatley!

Description of Work: They take care of my bolier for me and they deliver the oil. When you sign up with them they usually give you a good deal. They proved 24 hour service; you pay a little bit more for the oil but the service is worth it.
