My yard work was not completed and the leaves were not taken away. The person who came for yard work was supposed to come again to finish the work but he never replied back to me with a date and time.

B&K Electric was the only electrician who returned my call when I thought that I only needed a new breaker for my clothes dryer. It turned out to be more than that and it was a dangerous situation with my breaker box. They made it an emergency repair and came back in a few days to make fix the problem and I am very grateful. They were very professional and efficient and showed me what the problems were. I will definitely call them for any electrical that I need.

The service tech was the nicest and most respectful he could be! He went back out in the nasty weather and procured a new switch for my lighting/fan fixture because the one we had here had a dead lead. I'm very impressed with the service I received.

They were on time, they did what I wanted and more. They were so knowledgeable in regards to explaining to me what they were doing and what the options were for further work. I am a little nervous when it comes to electrical work and they alleviated my anxiety. For me that was extremely important. As far as their rates, I thought they were more than fair and actually were lower than what I expected. I was so pleased with their work that I actually called right after they finished to tell the company how I would recommend them to anyone who needed work done and that I would be using them again.

They were prompt and did great work. I had my wiring upgraded from 110 watt to a 220 watt panel. They also had my lighting run off 1 switch witch made my life easier. I would recommend B&K again.
