They took a lot of time to understand exactly what I wanted and did a substantial amount of work in what I consider a short time.

Mike was SUPER! Just when i thought he would never find what caused the outage; he worked at it and worked at it (Like a detective!) and finally found the culprit outlet--it was not heavy enough to carry the load that had been put on it over the years. Could have caused a serious fire.He was a professional and a gentleman.

I needed a very old outlet updated to accommodate my new stove. I called on Tuesday, and they were here on Wednesday. They were very professional and polite. I would definitely call them again for another project. My only negative would be what it cost just to have an outlet changed. I don't do it myself due to the old wiring in the home, but it only took them 10minutes to fix,

Mike and his crew were very professional, prompt and courteous. They kept us informed along the way as to how the job was going. They did an excellent job with the fire alarm system and other electrical work that we ended up needing. One of our tenants, who were home while the work was being done, also commented on how efficient and on-time time they were. Trust worthy. Prices are not backbreaking. He dosen't waste your time or try to talk you into other repairs that are not needed. Honesty is hard to find in the trades and B&K these guys have it. I will be calling these guys again. Only negative is that a walk through for a quality check and a chance to ask questions about the finished work would have been nice before they left.

Mike gave a fair price and did an excellent job on the initial project replacing an old outside fixture so we had him do installation on additional new fixture. Pleasant & easy to work with.
