The owner Mike, contacted me the same day I posted my request for service. I gave him more details on what I was looking to have done and he gave me a general price range of what the job would cost and told me the final,estimate would be given after they came to the house and could better assess what needed to be done. This is something that I greatly appreciated since many companies won't give any type of cost range before coming out. The cost range sounded reasonable and Randy and Jared came to the house. I had a few different jobs that needed to be done including an exhaust fan in the bathroom, changing a ceiling fan and a light fixture and fixing a problem I had with an outlet. Upon assessing all the work, they found the bathroom exhaust fan was a much bigger job than anticipated. They explained everything to me in detail and gave me the revised estimate. It was more than I had planned for but was fair and reasonable for what needed to be done. Jared and Randy were great. They handled all the jobs quickly and efficiently in a professional manner while at the same time being very kind and friendly to deal with. I would highly recommend B &K electric and I plan to use them again in the near future myself

The entire experience from talking with Mike, the owner, to the on time arrival of Randy and Jared exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the fact they brought in their own rugs before placing the ladder on the floor. I now have a new electrician to call: B & K! Thanks.

I found it easy and professional when I called to set up the appointment. The electrician who came to do the work was efficient and knew why my lighting fixture needed replacing and then fixed the light switch which was a problem. I would recommend B & K electric at any time.

Mike O'Neil and his staff were excellent. They were prompt and efficient and did great work on the interior. There was a slight hitch in the new height of the outdoor attachment point. Mike looked at it and said it will be resolved this week. I will comment more upon completion of that item

I'm new to the area and needed an outlet installed for my dryer, a 30 amp breaker installed, and a light fixture replaced. I booked b&k electric based on the good online reviews. They sent two electricians out within a few days (pete and randy, if I remember correctly). The guys were there for a few hours and did an awesome job. Everything looks and works great, and they were very personable. They even went out of their way to hook up my dryer and vent and make sure it worked. I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended!

Mike and everyone in his crew were very friendly and made you feel like you had known them for quite a while. They never wasted time and moved along from start to finish. I would say anyone needing electrical work done will not go wrong by choosing this company.

I hired B & K last week to replace to old fuse boxes with updated circuit breakers. On top of that, I had them set up new outlets and hook ups just for specific appliances. They arrived on time and were professional the entire time the were here. The technicians were polite and respectful towards me and each other. They answered all my questions politely. First to respond to my posting and hired them based on the great reviews here. Very pleasant. Gave firm quote ahead of time and stuck to it. Called ahead to confirm and came EARLY. Nice work and very pelasant to do business with. Would definitely use them again if new wrok is needed.

They were very pleasant and Chris, especially, seemed very compassionate. They responded right away and someone was at my house about 1-11/2 hours after I initially spoke with them, ahead of the appointed time. They got to work right away on Monday, even though it was a holiday, and kept working until my whole house was rewired, which was done within 3 days. I don't think I could be much happier with any aspect of the experience

Mike is very easy to deal with, but his crew makes this company top shelf. They are personable and have no issues answering questions or explaining the process. In preparing for the crew to come I missed a few items that should have been moved. I noticed they were moved carefully as if they were handling their own items. Mike inspected the service to make sure all items required to be done were completed. Once he and I were satisfied the work was completed. When the city inspector came in and saw the B&K label on the box he stated ���I know this job was done right���
