A/C maintenance 4 Split A/C units
Description of Work: I have 4 split A/C units that have never been serviced in 8 years because I could never find anyone with HVAC certification to take the job. I was also looking for an overall plumber as well. Peter and his team were amazing! He called me within 10 hours of entering my request on Angie’s List. We met the next day and the job was completed in 3 hours. The units were in bad shape but All Phase brought them back to life. His team certainly knows what they are doing and at a reasonable price. Do not hesitate to call All Phase if you have a plumbing or HVAC issue. BTW, the 2 other HVAC SPECIALISTS I reached out to on Angie’s List have not responded to my request to date.

I had a bad experience with All In One Plumbing & Heating. One of the technicians checked my toilet and told me that my toilet was not broken and I don’t need to replace it and gave me a $200 bill. It took them a month and a half to give us a refund. The office person was miserable. I have to come and pick up the refund and there’s no any way that they can mail it to me.
Description of Work: I asked All In One Plumbing & Heating to do a free estimate on replacing my toilet.

After many promises and unreturned phone calls to All in One, I gave up and called another contractor. He spent 1 hour and fixed the heater after re-wiring one of the pumps and installing a flow restrictor, both of which should have been done by All in One. So, All in One made the following errors when they installed the boiler: 1. no permit obtained 2. boiler improperly wired 3. piping improperly done 4. flow restrictor not installed 5. condensate line improperly vented 6. mixing valve (controls temperature of water) not installed I spent $710 trying to get All in One to fix my boiler. They failed. I ended up paying much less to another contractor to fix most of what could be fixed. I still have an improperly piped condensation drain and no mixing valve, but the boiler is providing me with heat and hot water now.
Description of Work: Peter Palumbo (owner All in One) installed a tankless water heater in my home 2 years ago. I later learned that he should have obtained a permit from my town, but he didn't. That might have helped me avoid the problems I eventually encountered because someone would have inspected his work and found it to be defective. 2 years after I bought the heater, it began to malfunction. Peter told me that it was my fault because I hadn't called him to clean the boiler after 1 year. He came, charged me $125 to tell me he had to come back. When he returned, he spent 6+ hours trying to re-pipe the system and charging me another $585 (which I had to bargain him down from $800). He told me he needed to return with a part (sensor) which had been damaged by not cleaning.

The initial phone call was made to report a gas leak. The technician was at the house within the half hour. A complete inspection of the heating system (gas) was performed at that time. It was determined the pilot light in the space heater located in the basement had gone out and the gas was leaking from it. Later that evening there was still the smell of gas in the house. Another phone call was made that night to All in One. The owner, himself, responded to the call and arrived at the house at 11:00pm. He worked on the lines performing a bubble test and found the cause of the smell. Which was in the main line leading to the space heater and in various other spots. He made the necessary repairs and left about one and a half hours later. He restarted all the pilots lights and stayed until everything was functioning properly and to ensure the leaks were plugged. I do not smell gas in the house at all. I can now rest easily knowing the leak has been taking care of.
Description of Work: Thorough inspection of heating system Checked lines for gas leaks Sealed leaks where necessary Disconnected old space heater

I DO NOT reccomend this company to anyone! This was only supposed to be a free estimate but turned into unauthorized work and a surprise bill. I was home alone for the appoinment as my husband was working. we had the pilot out and requested a quote/estimate from 3 companies. The part that needed to be replaced was corroded and was malfunctioning. upon arrival the technician spent 10 min banging around inside the unit using ONLY a flathead screwdriver, and asked me for matches because he didnt have any.. he came up and told me he managed to get the pilot lit after a few tries and that I should be all set now. I told him we could have lit the pilot ourselves and what we asked for was an estimate on replacing a part. I got an estimate on the part to be replaced and also a surprise $125 bill for him to re light my pilot, which was not requested or authorized. after paying that i spoke with the company and finally the owner who told me i was ridiculous for for asking for a refund! he was very cocky and arrogant on the phone but finally after speaking with my husband agreed to drop off a refund check in person the coming monday. Monday came and went with him not showing up so i figured they mailed it so i waited until the end of the week but i recieved nothing. called them again and they said they would mail it the next day to me.. that was now over a week ago. i DO NOT reccomend this company to anyone!
Description of Work: This job was ONLY supposed to be a free estimate on replacing a part on my boiler that a National Grid representative advisded should be replaced. Instead of the estimate UNAUTHORIZED work was performed and we were charged.

We had to call and call to get All In One to take out the mechanical permit from our town for the work performed. We couldn't get the inspection without the permit and couldn't get the propane tank without the inspection. It took them a full week to get around to pulling the permit which cost us another week before we could get the tank installed - adding an extra week to an already lengthy kitchen remodel. They never performed the pressure test to be sure the line didn't leak. Luckily the inspector didn't push it and the propane company was able to perform it when they delivered the tank. The other issue I had with them is that one of the plumbers, Keith, kept walking through our house instead of coming in and out the same door. It felt like he was checking the place out - very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Installed new propane line for gas cook top - approximately 30' in length.
