Beautiful job done in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for more, they were fast, professional, and comprehensive (electrical, plumbing, floors, and walls).

This was our fourth big project with RWL. Previously we did a kitchen redo (down to studs), bathroom remodel and mold remediation. This time, we remodeled the primary bathroom (down to the studs) and it came out fabulous as always. Kevin is very good at communicating and explaining everything

RWL is fantastic. I was having an issue with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal - long story short, the sink wasn't properly secured, and that needed to be fixed before my plumber could do work on the disposal. I reached out to RWL and Kevin promptly responded, scheduling me for an appointment the very next day to visit and analyze the situation. He provided feedback, assessed the work, quoted me a fair price, and returned the following week (with a helper) to complete the work. Both were very professional, clean, and quick - in and out in less than a half hour. And they also fixed the issue I was having with my garbage disposal, saving me from an unnecessary expense. Looking forward to potentially working with RWL in the future!

When it came time to update our kitchen after being in our home for 20+ years, we really didn’t know how to narrow down the search when everyone claims to be the best and you see every contractor’s cliché slogan on the side of their truck “we guarantee it” or “we nail it the first time”. Our research led us to what we thought was a comfortable choice for us. We met with Kevin from RWL General Contractors and he was extremely nice, seemed pretty knowledgeable, had some great ideas and somehow was able to make friends with our dogs which is incredible all by itself! Kevin and his team were awesome from design to demo (which I really enjoyed watching) to carpentry at its’ finest! And it wasn’t just a hammer, it was several types of hammers, or just a saw, there was special kind of tool for everything! The transformation was incredible that we just didn’t want to stop with the kitchen and so we extended our update into the living room and down the hallway, he modernized our front entry way and replaced the old sliding doors with French doors that leads to the backyard. Kevin created a very modern one-of-a-kind railing that not only raps the staircase, but it’s also the showpiece separator between the kitchen and living room with two built in gates, so we can decide when we want the dogs to be in there with us. Kevin handled every single aspect of this project and left us worry-free. He is not only a man of his word, but his prices a fair, he is honest, reliable, and trustworthy. One thing that is super impressive we noticed is each and every night, before they left they cleaned up and swept up and put things away. Since there was so much construction going on around us, it was easy to see that they wanted us to feel that we should feel as comfortable as we could be in our own home. RWL did a great job getting some sections of concrete cut out at a couple apartments that we own. Everything went smooth, communication was good, and the project was started on-time and promptly finished. Thumbs up!

Beyond description. It was beautifully done with care and nothing over looked by the completion of the job. I will hire them for other projects, knowing I can count on their integrity and honest pricing.

It went well. They were organized and worked efficiently. The windows were cleaned after installation and they swept the entire unit as well as the outside walk.

In order to replace old plumbing, RWL opened a trough on the outside of the house to replace to main stack and the kitchen ceiling to access the upstairs bathroom plumbing. And put it back together seamlessly. They also did some reno in the bathroom. Kevin suggesting some relatively inexpensive updates that made a significant improvement to the bathroom. His crew was great – friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The project took longer than expected (don’t they all) and I was very happy with the end result. I will definitely use RWL for future projects.

We had a great experience with RWL. Kevin was very transparent and professional throughout the whole process. We plan on using them again for when we redo the bathroom in the near future.

Kevin is an outstanding contractor and cares about each job. He is always available and always picks up the phone. His work is top notch and he anticipates everything. Wouldn’t think of hiring anyone else for construction projects.

Kevin and his team did excellent work. We had worked with him previously with our bathroom remodel and knew we wanted them to do our kitchen. They went above and beyond to make sure our new space would be exactly as we wanted it. Kevin is always quick and responsive to all of our questions or concerns. His crew are all very professional and friendly. We will be using them again in the future for our other updating projects.

So far so good. Kevin the owner of RWL Contracting arrived on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022 at 8AM promptly. It was very cold and he walked to the back of the property with me to see the basement door from which I told him is the only door his guys will use access the property. When we went inside he offered to remodel the whole bathroom including the ceiling, which I told him he did not have to do. In addition, RWL Contracting/Kevin also was willing to help me with filling out his portion of the RI Living Home Modification Grant page 5. This is a little extra time but would not affect his payment. He explained that his workers work from 8AM- to 4Pm and would not make a mess. Kevin is awesome. He gave me a ballpark quote of $15,000 for a full remodel of the bathroom and told me he would be able to do the work in about a month and a half from January 22, 2022. I am looking forward to working with him, he is very professional. I showed him the tiles I would be using and told him I need one grab bar in the shower and one near my toilet. I also offered to show him my basement from the inside so he could see where his guys would be working from as secondary work space, he said he didn't need to see it. I called him on Friday, February 4, 2022 to ask him if he could please email the quote when he is done preparing it. He agreed. So far, so good!

I have worked with RWL on two bathrooms, for carpentry and tile installation. They have been knowledgeable and timely in their work. On my first bathroom they met a very tight deadline on short notice. On my second bathroom I hired them for the tile work and they made a wonderful design suggestion, which I approved, and am quite happy with. However the execution of the tile installation had some flaws. They came back and corrected the issues I identified.

Our kitchen came out beautiful and beyond what we expected. Kevin was always available to answer any and all questions we had throughout the processes. He introduced us to our kitchen designer and she was amazing.

I see the quality of work is good but I also felt like I want to get a quote from him for other things that I want to be done, but I think his prices were really high and the quote in home depot is cheaper. But he did an excellent job for me.

RWL Construction has been my contractor of choice for many years. Kevin and his crew are professional, polite and accommodating. I recently had a water leak in my bathroom and Kevin came over on a Sunday to look at the issue. He has since called me twice to make sure I was happy with my new floor.
