Description of Work: Cleaned 15 windows inside and out. They scraped each window, cleaned the tracks/sills. It was a very good job.

Description of Work: Washed exterior windows. The windows all had spots and streaks once they dried. Also the outdoor faucet broke during service. No responsibility was accepted by provider.

Description of Work: They showed up 2 hours early. The did a quick and thorough job. The windows are beautifully clear. The special price of &149 for 15 windows. I had 20 so my total was pretty reasonable.

Description of Work: After selecting this service through Angie's List and scheduling my appointment, I checked out the company's website. Located in Providence, RI, the company stated that it serviced locations in RI, MA and New Haven, CT. Nothing about the Hartford, CT area (where I live) but since they took my address when the appointment was made, I thought I was OK. | |My appointment was for 12 noon. When I had received no call by 1 pm I called the dispatcher who could only tell me that they had run into traffic and were "on their way." I made at least 2 more calls and received much the same answer - the dispatcher could not even tell me the current location of the crew so I could judge how much longer the wait would be. They finally arrived at 2:45 pm, almost 3 hours late. | |The quality of the work performed was good. However, I had trouble communicating as there was a language barrier. It was hard to ask questions or to tell the crew what I wanted done with my storm windows. | |I question whether I should have received this offer from Angie's List as I was clearly out of the geographic area normally serviced by this company. However, having accepted the work order, I believe the company should have made a better attempt to arrive on time and to have someone in the crew who was clearly in charge and could speak with me about my concerns. | |I will not use this company again and will be carefully checking out websites before accepting another "offer" through Angie's List.

Description of Work: Cleaned all windows, net both inside the house and outside.

Description of Work: They repaired gutter and downspout. Seemed reasonable. And they were positive, punctual, and thorough.

Description of Work: I have older windows which slide across and have storms and screens. Some were hard to get the screens and storms out, but that was not Melvin's fault. He was a gentleman, wanted to do his best - it is a young company which he started on his own. I was pleased and would recommend him to others.

Description of Work: It was a special offer through Angie's List for cleaning up to 15 windows and screens. The company was punctual, Did a great job cleaning all the upstairs windows we requested. The only down side was communicating with the workers English was not their strong suit. Yes, I would use Melvin's Power Wash again.
