Did not return emails or phone calls to confirm service address or confirming appointment the day before (as requested). |Day of service appointment was informed 2 hours after time of appointment that they could not make it- thanks for wasting my morning. |Showed up the following Monday when I said I could not be there during service. Received phone call saying they wanted an extra 125.00 to do the job. I've been a contractor for 30 years and if I treated people like this I would have been out of business 29 years ago. |Angie's list is a crock."

Description of Work: They clean out the gutters and cleaned up the front yard but they left the backyard a mess. The leaves that they got out of the gutters were thrown all over the deck and the walkway and never cleaned up. I will not use them again and would not recommend them

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning. Workers were scheduled and confirmed to arrive at 12:00 noon but arrived at 8:30 a.m. Crew consisted of 2 men. Neither spoke English, only Spanish. I needed to call a Spanish speaking friend who could talk to them for me because they were so early and I needed to leave in order to take care of things that had been scheduled prior to their arrival. The workers deposited leaves from gutter onto the shrubs in the front of the house and did not remove. They also left a plastic trash bag on the on the ground in front of the shrubs.

Description of Work: Took advantage of an Angie's special of $240 to power washed the house, windows and outside gutters. For and additional $250 we also had them power wash the garage, deck and front steps, clean out the inside of the gutters. The original offer on Angie's list was somewhat misleading.

Description of Work: It was difficult scheduling time for Melvin to come to the house. When they arrived, he indicated that due to the storm windows he would need to charge an additional $13 per window on top of the $149.00 already paid. He told us we could contact Angie's List and request a refund. Angie's list said we passed the time allowed for a refund.
