Description of Work: Replaced gutters on back side of my home, another $720 to replace fascia board behind gutter. He did shoddy work and was not going to paint it until I insisted it had to be done first. A lot of delays I had to provide paint. None of his workers spoke English.

Description of Work: Melvin charged a very high fee with no letter of agreement and installed used materials. Adding insult to injury, he had to be told to clean up and still left two soda cans in my yard. I documented everything.

The "deal" did say they would do minor repairs at the time of service, which they did not do, they did recommend some repairs to be done, which although I would have liked to do them before winter I need a roof repair and trim painted before I address gutters

Description of Work: The contract was to clean 15 windows for $149.00. I asked that they clean all the windows on the second floor of my colonial home. They did all the windows in the front of the house (7 windows) and did an OUTSTANDING job. I was in awe until I checked the windows in the back of the house and they did not touch any of them. Instead they cleaned 1 picture window on the first floor in the front of the house. I have left e-mails, but have heard nothing from them. It was very disappointing because the windows they did were unbelievably clean. I was not home at the time they came, but was someone there. The workers could not speak English so there was a communication issue, but I did let the Company know what I was looking for before the workers came out.

Description of Work: Melvin's power washing crew was a complete no-show for the 1st two scheduled appointments without any notice. Approximately 60 minutes prior to their 3rd scheduled arrival, they rescheduled the appointment due to "weather issues" on a beautiful day when the sun was shining. I gave them one more chance when rescheduling that appointment for 2:30 pm the following Saturday - and asked them to arrive promptly at that time to ensure the power-washing was complete before it started to get dark. Inevitably, the crew didn't arrive until approx 4 pm. The 2 crew members did their best to wash our siding as quickly as possible, but weren't complete until after dark, Since they finished after dark, we had to go back & spot-clean areas that were missed or not completely rinsed.
