They were in time, didn't rush through, got the job done and I was happy with the price and service.

Melvin was really punctual and efficient. He brought another person to help and they cleaned the gutters and picked up all debris. I definitely will call him again when I need cleaning before winter.

It was alright. I was not thrilled with it. They came out a week after I purchased the deal. They came a day early and I was not expecting them. I thought they were going to do more but they just did a little bit. The rain was coming down through the gutter but I did not notice until it began to rain. I don't think the gutter needed too much cleaning; I was more interested in having it caulked so that the water would not pour down through. They were here about 20 minutes or so. They did not do what I thought they were going to do.

The guys did a great job at a good price. Showed up within 30 mins of the scheduled time and were in and out within the hour. Can't ask for more - plan to use them next time.

It went very well. Our gutters were very clogged and we had a lot of water flowing over the gutter during any rainstorm. We were not around when Melvin's came over. We actually forgot that they were coming and did not realize it until the next day, as all of our flower beds were undisturbed and the area was picked up. We had a 2-inch rain within a couple days and the gutters worked perfectly. I will use them in the future.

I contacted Melvin, and he returned my call promptly. I made an appointment for a couple of days later for him to come out and take a look at the property and give me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable (middle of the road), I had several others come and give me an estimate and Melvin was in the middle maybe a little cheaper. However, Melvin stood out from the others with his demeanor and honesty, it was a pleasure doing business with him, and should I need any of his other services, I would certainly contact him first! we agreed on a price and the work to be completed, he scheduled the appointment for a week later, was punctual, and completed the work very quickly. Melvin's crew did a great job, and even went the extra mile by putting the anchors a foot apart, bringing the downspouts closer to the ground where I wanted them, although we did not discuss that, and just did a lot of little things that made everything look and function perfectly, and the cost wasn't a penny over the estimate. I can't say enough about this job, I've had a lot of work done to my place recently, and by far, Melvin was the best experience I have had. Use this company, you won't regret it!!!

They were about one hour late, but got right two work. The crew did a great job removing tree sap from railing and brought it back to almost like new. Melvin personally repaired a section of railing using screws, which was impressive to me.

The work was completed, weather slowed down process.

I was scheduled to get my gutters cleaned between 4 - 4:30. Well, 5:30 rolls around and no Melvin, not even a phone call. I finally called and he apologized and said they were a little behind and would be there shortly. A phone call would have been nice! Well finally at 7:00 two guys show up in an SUV with a ladder. They were nice enough and polite and got right to work. I have a ranch house, so the job didn't really take too long. It seemed like they did a good enough job although they did make a little bit of a mess on my deck with the debris removed from the gutter. There's been a few rain storms since and the gutters seem to be working fine. It wasn't a huge deal they showed up so late, as long as the job got done. But, I wish he would have shown a little more professionalism and gave me a phone call to let me know how late they were going to be instead of leaving me hanging.

Melvin and his helper did a great job. Melvin is very personable and professional. He is easy to talk with and listened to my concerns. We had one corner that was overflowing from leaf debris and bird nests. Took care of that with no problem. I will definitely use Melvin again.

I sen him on his way. I think the average person cannot calculate 2000 sq/ft by looking at their house. Even doing the math the majority of my house should have fallen around the 2000 sq/ft max. It was definitely not double, so I felt the $200 additional was way out of line. I told him so and he said okay, so you don't want me to do it? Nope, I don't.

Showed up late and they did not call. I had to call them. They took about 100 minutes or so to power wash the entire house. They did a pretty good job considering they did not use ladders except for areas they could not reach from the ground. However, my side door deck was left dirtier than the way they found it. It is a small deck. I asked them to clean it off and they said it would cost extra. Didn't think that was right. It was dirty because all the dirt from the house landed on the deck. It would have taken them 2 minutes to power wash the deck. I also thought $354 was overly excessive. Would use them again but would confirm the square footage of my house as listed on Google first. They said it was over 2000 square feet and charged me $155 for the overage.

Melvin was early to every appointment and he and his crew were very courteous and and professional.

He did a great job. My home looks like new. I had been told in the past that the only way to "refresh" my gutters were to have them painted. Melvin had a cleaner that took off years of stains and restored them to brand new. They were extremely professional and worked quickly and neatly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this service. I will hire them again.

Melvin was responsive, pleasant, professional and prompt. However, overall, the cost seemed high for the service provided. Additionally, clear coat (Thompson's water seal) was sprayed on fairly unevenly with a manual pump spray. I should have questioned the process when he said the sealing would only take 5 minutes. Although I may consider using the company again for power washing, I'm not sure I will use them again for sealing, staining, or painting the deck.

I bought this deal for gutter repair, but they told me it was for cleaning instead; then, they didn't show up for our appointment this morning.

Great...although some of my windows were long windows......so I had to pay extra to get all windows done...which was fair. However the first quote to do all the windows was way too high......but we settled on a price and I was happy. I got him some other new business from my daughter that has a cafe in Newport and that will be a monthly job so he got lucky.

I will use in the future. Caution, company will try to upgrade products concerning the big deal. The company offered a discounted price with the big deal. In reference to a referral, the owner provided a contact. Will be using that contact in regard to walkway installation may 23rd and 24th.

They were excellent and Punctual. The house looks fantastic, so much so, that my neighbor quickly called me and wanted their information to get his house done. He did his house the following week. I would highly recommend Melvin's Powerwashing.

I purchased the $200 house power washing deal from Angie's List. When they showed up I asked to have the front steps and gutters washed also. I admit I was surprised it would be $355 more, but mouse is a bit larger the $200 deal was for and I remembered my neighbor charges $1,000 to power was the same size house. and that doesn't include gutters and steps. My house look better and I was happy with the service & price.

The communication via message on Angie's list was prompt and helpful in setting up an appointment. They came on time and were very professional. I gave a B score for quality because I still see some stains on the undersides of my gutters but overall a great job done quickly and without issue.

We were so lucky to find Marvin and his company. We waited until the snow had disappeared for them to start. They showed up exactly on time and worked quietly and steadily until the job was done ? 5 or 6 hours. Their work was careful and excellent. I recommend this company without reservation and will definitely use them again.
