I love the work they did for me. I will totally recommend Melvin Power Wash.

It rained right after they finished and it doesn't look right

Melvin showed up and had what i would call a BIG job done in one day. He accomplished everything that was asked and was very professional. I would recommend him and use him again.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE this contractor. 1. They did a poor job power washing 2. We need to insist they come back to apply the sealant... Though that was part of the services we contracted and got an estimate for, they DID NOT do it. We needed to insist, call the office several times, email the provide several times on Angie's 3. When they came back, they did you apply the sealant correctly. They sprayed here and there and left the deck in a terrible condition. It looks like stained now. Horrible! 4. After other repeated calls to their office and Angie's emails, they schedule another appointment to come fix it. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! So my deck continues to look stained! Deck furniture (they moved) continues to be all over the place in the yard as the deck still continues to need work! 5. Destroyed the vegetable beds that were to the side of the porch. They try to cover it and say "it was nothing" but that was not the case. This contractor is generally unreliable, unprofessional, and does more damage than help. Save yourself time and $, DO NOT HIRE this contract.

There was some complication with the weather beacuse it rained and Melvin was flexible to adapt to the changes in weather. He performed the work iwth some help from others, and was professional. correct, trustworthy and polite. The cost was less than other contractors that i got quotes from. Very pleased with their work.

Overall it was a great value for a power wash they were professional. They had to re-schedule due to the snow storm and rain and were a bit late on the call to let me know. I would call and confirm your appointment if you know there will be rain/ snow. The only other thing I didn't like is that they chemicals they used left a residue on my windows so I have to wash them all. Other than that they did a great job.

It started out rough; they are not very prompt. However, the power washing was great. The house turned out good but they missed places and had to go back over things. Overall, everything turned out ok.

Very satisfied. Something that took me the entire summer to do last year, they have done in few hours and with best outcome. Very happy with the outcome. Recommended and will hire them again in the future.

The office called and rescheduled two times between 4/1 and 4/16 (this day they simply said they had another job to do even though I had ALREADY scheduled with them two weeks before). Now today they was supposed to be here at 11:00am and called AT 11:00am and a man told me his "workers" called him and told him the truck broke down and it would take until 2:00pm for them to get to me because the shop told him the truck could be fixed in two hours. Then it turned out that Melvin was coming to do the work. I spoke to Melvin and explained that this would not work for us and he needed to get to us no later than 1:00pm due to us leaving the house for a class for my daughter. He then called and told me the truck was fixed and said he would be here by 1:00pm. He then called and said "You are an hour and 45 mins away" I asked him if he checked his schedule before he started his day to know where his customers were.. no answer. He said he now couldn't get to me until 1:45. Then he called me and asked how many windows I had I said the 15 that are in the $199 Angie's list special. He went on about the traffic. Then called again and left me a message to confirm I still wanted him to come since he was stuck in traffic. I called him back and told him yes we are selling the house and need the windows washed ASAP and his office had already changed the date two times. He Called me again from the road and said he wouldn't get to me until 2:45 because of traffic... Well, I had three options, Cancel my daughter's day of class (the 6 wk course cost me $225) Have my husband now come home and miss an afternoon of work (I had already taken the day off for this) I was not willing to reschedule a fourth time now because of this type of treatment. So I cancelled and he told me that's what he wanted to do was cancel the job, then he said he would call his office and see about a refund and hung up on me. What a day...

Very good experience. Melvin is an extremely nice guy who showed up to all appointments either on time or early. Was very accommodating to our asks, even after the first coat of stain came out with a color we didn't want he changed colors for the second coat with no questions asked. Price was reasonable for amount of work that was done, and the finished product was very nice. Highly recommend this company.

He did a really terrific job. He spent a long time - seemed like a couple of hours. We did a walk around before and after. He covered every area well. Windows looked great too. Nice person. Highly recommended!

They showed up early and asked if they could star early. We said yes. During the course of power washing they asked if we would like them to clean the gutters. We have never done this in twenty years plus the gutters leaked in the corners. For an extra cost we had him do this. While they were cleaning the gutters they showed us that the gutters were very lose and needed to be firmed. They agreed to fix that, again for an additional cost. After they left I climed up and checked that they did do the correction and I am very happy with what they did. I am completely happy with all they did.

The work performed by the crew is excellent.They left my windows extremely clean.Took their time to do the Pressure Washing and Gutter replacement correctly. They arrived on time, the communication is strong and booking the appointment was very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this company. As a customer, I was very pleased.

The work was excellent. Melvin and his colleague were always on time, responsive and did great work. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible experience. Provider repeatedly (three times) cancelled appointments the night before or the morning of. When they finally showed up, they showed up with a crew to wash gutters, not install them. As we had purchased a gutter installation package, and had had MANY conversations about the job, I'm still baffled as to how this occurred. After over a month of horrible experiences with scheduling, which eventually became a refusal to return our calls, we got a refund for the job and hired someone else.

I would be less likely maybe to use them in the future. They're just okay.

All good. He was running behind a little but did not cause any inconvenience.
